I was there 7.15.16 after a concert and the waitress was extremely rude. Since we got there she was rolling her eyes and giving attitude. She asked us what we wanted and once we told her our order she started to make faces and say they cannot make a salad without tomatoes and onions. She gave us the menu after and was extremely rude still rolling her eyes. She was extremely unprofessional. Never going again . Brittney was very impatient and because of her service she lost a loyal family who enjoys going there. Working in a place where customer service is important she should not act that way or work there. Completely ruined our meal. We are a Mexican family and were able to communicate with her in Spanish so that was not a problem but she was very rude. El servicio es horrible. La mesera Brittney fue muy grosera y no es profesional . No fue nada amable y enserio arruino nuestra cena. Nosotros siempre vamos ahí pero esta mesera nos cambió nuestra opinión completa. Nos hacía caras feas por qué ordenamos una ensalada y no quieramos tomate o cebolla . Y estaba mal la orden .

I was there yesterday its was 14 of us and none of us liked the food the service was really reallyyy bad the girl didnt know what she was doing and they never told us the credit card machine was down till the end the lady only asked like 5 of us what they were gonna drink what about the other 9 people she never even asked what they will like to drink And when we asked for the Bill she gave us one price 1st and then said ooh wait i forgot to but 2 food in the bill and then she came back with another price and said ooh wait I forgot all the drinks she did not know what she was doing at all really really bad sevice i will never visit thst place again when i go back to a.c.

If you want authentic mexican food from a place thats very clean and has a friendly staff, Go to El Charro. Its kind of off the beaten path but easy to get to. You just turn down toward the bay on Florida avenue and its at the corner of Florida and Fairmount. Its a great spot for lunch or to go to with friends at night. Lots of fun people, good music when theres a DJ, and good music depending on who has their quarters in the jukebox....most importantly, the food is amazing, the best fajitas Ive ever had!!!

Located at the corner of Fairmount and Florida with plenty of parking in the rear. At first glance you may not want to go inside since it is billed as a Sports Bar, but the food and drinks were very good. We have been here twice and when we go back to AC again, I know my husband will want to return. Never very many people there when we go during the week, so you have the place almost to yourself with the exception of a few locals. Very authentic mexican. They even have tacos al pastor.

this place is nasty! we arrived the tables were dirty.. needless to say we stood and ate .. the service sucks and the waitress completely rude.. besides the fact they are way overprice with the food, which by the way its is not that all that authentic... Im Mexican I know Mexican food so I can def speak upon the topic .. and to top it off the waitress took it upon herself to keep the tip..your not entitled to a tip if you dont earn it ..NEVER Again... dont waste your time and or money

Worst service ever. We asked for certain food and the waitress brought something different. Everything we asked was different than what we ordered or they never arrived like the sause, water and a dish. Plus the bathroom is really nasty and the place has a really bad bear smell.

An authentic Mexican restaurant. Mostly mexicans working and eating here. Dont go if you want American Tex-Mex. They serve until about 3AM and have music late on some nights. Speaking Spanish is helpful but not required. I love the atmosphere. They will take special orders.

Nothing good about this place , worst Mexican food i ever tried. Never again. The food is way to expensive . If you order fajitas mix it brings a bunch of onion slices and just 5 pieces of chicken/meat and 2 shrimps. That plate is $17.00
