We get there to get seated for a table of 6 there was another party in front of us and ok they get seated then they chose to move to the table that we were going to be seated ok acceptable they were in front of us.... now they have us waiting so we are waiting for like 20 minutes after that incident I inquired about a 8 seat table that has been empty my whole time there waiting and the waitress replies that they usually have those for 8-9 people party that she would have to ask the manager thats what flipped the switch and me and my family walked out... I have more than 8 years coming to this restaurant and will never come there again after this experience ..

Went there Sunday for a late lunch/early dinner. Fantastically surprised. Not too crowded, staff was friendly and our waitress was so nice. Service was fast and OMG the food was delish. I got fried shrimp with the Brew fries and a side of warm baked apples. It was all so good. And to be honest, the shrimp is the best Ive had in a long time. Surprising, since it isnt a "seafood" restaurant. My daughters had chicken fingers, bacon burger and a mushroom burger. They loved their meals. And the kitchen, which is open for viewing, was so clean, you cant tell anyone is even cooking. Kudos!! Will be back for a repeat visit, very soon!

We had a party of four for a late breakfast so we didnt have to wait. It was also "off season" and mid week so the influx of weekend gamblers was absent. The food was a bit cold, to be honest, as if the waitress didnt pick up straight away because she either got distracted/busy or the kitchen didnt tell her the food was "up," It was well made, a bit more expensive than a Dennys or an IHOP, but not bad. Decent atmosphere, server was pleasant, premises seemed clean, and it was convenient to a number of hotels on the boardwalk. Good, not great. I would go there again.

Never will I eat here again.. My mom and I ordered a side dish of toast, 2 pieces each which is a total of 4 pieces of bread. We was charged 9.98 for the toast. Mine was even burnt around the edges so I didnt eat it.. When we confronted the waitress, she said that was the cost.. Outrageous, we argued about it, told them mine was burnt, they would not take it off, and we had to pay that price.. NEVER AGAIN..... I will let everyone know about this place, and not go there.. That was a ripoff..

The ribs had an old taste. The fries were oily. The hash browns were dry and without taste. I was Hungry but the country fried steak cut my appetite. If you are on a diet and you dont want to eat a lot but still willing to pay a lot, hurry over and lose weight. Oh, you only get one napkin. So be sure you dont get dirty to much. The services was quickly! But the food taste old :-( definitely, I will not come to this place again

I ordered the standard biscuits and gravy. Its hard to mess it up so it was a decent meal, but it was cold. My kids and husband ordered crepes and pancakes. There was not much to it. I looked at the portions and I thought, "youve got to be kidding". It was definitely not enough for any of us. The crepes especially were the size of those tiny things you get from a frozen package. We never ate there again after that experience.

After reading the reviews on how great the food was, we were a family of 7. Out of 7, my plate was the only good one. The waitress really wanted to turn over her table and get rid of us. After traveling 10 hours we wanted to relax and enjoy our food. By the way, the place was empty. No excuse on how busy it was, and plenty of staff standing around doing nothing. Dont think I will go back.

This restaurant is beyond fantastic. We are on a long trip and came here for breakfast. The staff is kind and caring, the prices are worth, very clean and efficient. The food here is spectacular. We had something from every food category; the meat is great, the pancakes are soft and fluffy, and the eggs are incredible. Highly recommended!

This place is glorious! I honestly cant believe it has any negative reviews. More than half of my excitement when Im heading down to AC is knowing that I will be eating here! The biscuits with gravy are delicious, the country fried steak is phenomenal. That gravy is honestly everythinggg. I LOVE this place. Very nice staff as well. :)

Positioned right next to the Tropicana Resort Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City and on the boardwalk this place is a gem. Very good food, nice atmosphere, friendly and accommodating staff makes this place a great find for anyone. Best of all not the prices you pay at one of the casino eateries. A must for anyone that comes to AC.

This restaurant is nothing short of Excellent! The best breakfast my wife and I had in a very long time and best of all, they serve it all day long. Great food, Great service and seating overlooks the Boardwalk. Forget those high end restaurants inside the Casinos, This place is truly a Hidden Gem!

My girlfriend and I ate dinner there on the second day at AC. I had the Aztecs quesadilla hamburger. It was very good and filling. She had the Ruben sandwich. She had to take it home because there was too much food for her to eat. I recommend this place to everyone who comes to AC.

The skillet breakfast options cant be passed up. Good portion sizes and they have everything you can think of when it comes to breakfast. Get here early on weekends in the summer though. Its not uncommon to see lines that extend out the door onto the boardwalk after 9:30.

Was seated promptly, but did not receive service for 30 minutes. Sat there with nothing to drink or offer of any reason for the delay. Signaling a server resulted in the "Ill get there when I get there" head nod and it still took another 10min for someone to come over.

We have been going here for breakfast at least one morning everytime we come to AC for the last 7 -9 years. The food & service HAD always been Good to GREAT. NOT TODAY 11/29/16. The service was horrible, the food mediocre and the coffee nasty. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I went here with my family to have a great American breakfast and I found that I am looking for. The food is very good; pancakes were soft and delicious; eggs fresh and bacon perfect. Only one point wasnt good: the waitress wrong something but nothing very important.

Homey atmosphere. Very pleasant staff. Prices are reasonable and our meals (breakfast) tasted great. Even with the rain our view of the boardwalk was lovely. Going back tomorrow for breakfast again before leaving town.

Worst service Ive ever had. I came in here with my family and the waitress was rude and arrogant. And the food was nothing special. My advice would be to skip this place unless you want terrible service.
