Decent food, boardwalk prices. In real estate there are 3 basic rules.. location, location and location and this place has the location. When you are eating on the boardwalk with a view of the ocean you cant expect a discount meal..and this was far from discount. Its amazing, the closer you get to the ocean, the more expensive seafood is. In all fairness the food was very good but felt the portions were a little small. We are staying in one of their rentals so we received a 15% discount by showing our key. Another plus, the waitress was cute. I would recommend this place just bring plenty of cash.

Oh boy where do I begin? The food was absolutely horrible. Tasted like frozen microwavable food.... and burnt. Portions were small and incredibly over priced. Especially for the quantity and quality. The drinks were tasteless. Either all juice or soda with hardly any alcohol. The service was rushed and not welcoming. My boyfriend got sick from his meal. The table was off balanced and wobbly. The chairs were broken and the whole environment was dirty. I implore you to choose a different restaurant to enjoy your stay in Hampton and your food especially. We will never go here again for food.

Ive never had a bad experience here. Maybe one slightly inconveniencing one, but they were super busy so it wasnt really their fault. But I love love love coming here every time I go to Hampton. Recently Ive been on a kick of new lobster plate ideas. I inquired if they could make a special with a lobster and a Cesar salad. They were so happy to do that for me and it meant so much to me that they were so willing to accommodate my strange request without question. They have an incredible variety of food and dessert. Live music and an AWESOME staff.

Friendly waitstaff and good boiled lobster. Bring your own butter though, because they water theirs down to yellow water. I had the seafood stuffed 1/2 lobster with a side of mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. Food was served tepid/luke warm. The seafood stuffing was extremely mushy. Mashed potatoes just lacked something.... My over all experience is Meh. Like if you asked me how was it? "Meh". So stick to the boiled lobster or do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Sorry :/

My family and I go to Hampton Beach every year, and this is one of the things we look forward to! For me, its their signature Lobster Ravioli, but really theres no wrong choice on this menu! Food is excellent, staff are friendly and on point, and the atmosphere is just gorgeous! Casual, yet makes you feel pampered. A definite must, when dining on the strip. :)

The food was excellent The View was even better and the drinks are really really good and definitely not like any alcohol whatsoever. Which for me is a good thing. Im not a huge drinker so I would prefer it to be lighter alcohol. The wait staff was very attentive and the food is absolutely excellent each floor has its own dynamic.

Excellent food, great view of the beach and the food was top notch!! The steak tips were incredible and the fried scallops were some of the best Ive had. Our waitress Tayla was also fantastic. Me and my family will definitely be returning here for all of our beach adventures!!

We love it here. The food is great, especially compared to neighboring establishments. Love the seafood trio, and apps. Cant beat the view from the second floor patio, first floor, you may have to contend with drive by older cars exhaust depending on The wind.

Could have been a few bucks less per meal, but overall really happy. Wait staff was great, and fast. Food awesome, portion sizes great. Marinated steak tips yummy, salmon with mango salsa yum yum.

Average food. Avoid the Broccoli Alfredo. Its sauce from a jar with frozen chicken strips and Broccoli trees. The ceasar salad is okay, but watch the lettuce. I went during April off season.
