Meh. I went for the buffet, the pizza was exactly what I expected, which was good (I happen to like Pizza Hut pizza). The salad portion of the buffet (which is what I went to check out) was meager (I realize now that it isnt named Salad Hut, so that was my oversight). The reason I give it 2 stars is because some manager/owner (not in uniform) decided that lunch time, in the dining area was the right time and place to not-so-quietly micro-manage the staff. Not exactly professional in my opinion. The other staff was very friendly. If I return it will be for the pizza and proximity to the office, nothing more. Also, -1 star for the tiny buffet plates.

We like the pizza very much, but getting it to the customer is an issue. Here is the problem, and it happens with regularity: Order a take-out and be told a 10-15 minute wait. Inform them you are sitting over there and to please call out your name when ready. Sure thing. Invariably the pizza gets "racked." It will then sit in the rack until hell freezes over or you get up and ask where your pizza happens to be. Ask and the cashier is surprised by your query. There has to be a better system.

I go to the Dover location almost every Wednesday for the lunch buffet. Chris and Sarah always keep thin pepperoni coming and come out to say Hi. I always sit at the same table so I have Laura as my super dedicated server. I like a lot of soda and she brings me the next before I finish. Everyone is always friendly, even when its crazy busy. I can only speak for the buffet as I have not ordered from the menu or gotten delivery or takeout.

Ordered online, first customer of the morning. No one read the notes i put in the comments stating my location at work or my name. Went to wrong location with my pizza and had to call me to deliver it. As first pizza of the day it shouldnt have been less than 1mm thick as a hand tossed pie. They clearly took a medium dough and stretched it out to a large... $20 wasted on a mediocre pizza at the least busy hour of the day.

I went for the buffet, and I gained 10 pounds. I had to run about two marathons to get rid of the carbs, but then I went to the buffet again... :) Seriously, great people, great location and the buffet is pretty, well, filling...
