This was the worst service Ive got ever. I ordered pizza and wings to delivery at 8:35pm, waited for more than 1 hour but nothing showed up. I called twice, they said the food will be delivered soon for 1st call, and with 2nd call, the guy made up some excuses like the delivery man got lost (lost here, in New Bedford for an hour?). And when I called to cancel order after 1 hour 45 mins from order time, they even didnt pick the phone up. What the awful service!!!!!!

So I go in to pick up my order and I noticed that two out of the three guys making food were not wearing gloves.. So I asked the manager why and he said that as long as they washed their hands it was okay.. Watching a guy making pizza, grabbing topping and then wiping his hands on his pants was disturbing. I dont know about you but eating here doesnt seem worth it if their manager doesnt care.

Called to get information for a large pizza order for my sons birthday party. The manager answers the phone in the most unprofesional manner..."Yep" I said can I talk to your manager she states I am the manager. I told her your tone and professionalism is terrible. Dont want your job give it to someone else. And that is why I will order from elsewhere.

I really hate to do this because I dont like to leave bad reviews but Im really pissed I waited more than 20 minutes past the time that my food was supposed to be ready making me late for an appointment and then I didnt they didnt even get it right its not hot theres no marinara sauce for the breadsticks Im really disappointed and Im disgusted

Employees dont wear gloves when making the pizza which is disgusting to watch. A black girl had long pink nails made my pizza without gloves then went to the register and started counting money. This place is disgusting.

Great product. Too bad the lazy employees never pay attention to any order they recieve. Its as if they smoke weed every twenty minutes. Only been here twice, and twice theyve royally screwed up.
