**updated** Two stars to one*** I ordered at about 6:30pm on Saturday, February 27 of 2016, I ordered 2 pizzas, two desserts, and an order of french fries for delivery, it got here at about 7pm and the food was ok except for the fact that he forgot the frenchfries, we called back and they apologized and said they would send them right away, we decided to order more food with the frenchfries they were now bringing, everything was dandy, it took 45 minutes for the delivery man to deliver ice cold fries, and nothing else, he called the manager right infront of me and handed me the phone, the managers excuse? "We could only deliver the fries because you did not pay the extra $2.50 for the second delivery" So instead of giving me the option to pay the $2.50 and give me the pizzas on the spot, he said there is nothing we could do, and left me ice cold fries free of charge. Ridiculous they would even waist my time and theirs on bringing me ICE COLD cant stress that enough, fries. Never ordering from them again Edit: come to find out, they did charge me for the ice cold fries! Never order from them again!

I love pizza hut and always have but yesterdays experience was not that great. Although the food was excellent but the service was poor. It took 45 minutes to an hour to get our food and me, my wife and two sons were the only ones in there to eat. We also witnessing them playing on their cell phones in the kitchen which could be why they took awhile longer too. We only ordered two small personal pizzas and a side order. Just unprofessional in a work place. Dont think we will be going for awhile.

placed an order at 8:23pm. my estimated delivery time was 8:58, I called at 9:23 (an hour later from when I placed the order) to see if my order was out for delivery and was told that my order was out for delivery.... lets just say that its 10:24 pm never received a call or my order. they are Great!! gave them 1 star for the effort. I love to sit around with my $money$ in my hands for food that Im not going to receive.

Made an order at 7:06pm, got a missed call from the driver about half an hour later, called back 3 times never picked up or come back. Called pizza hut twice and they were pretty much useless just told us to keep waiting, and that they would call the driver. An hour and a half later we gave up and got pizza from somewhere else. Pizza hut never called back or showed up.

Ok, I had a VERY LONG delivery time.....the delivery guy got an earful... BUT- the Manager called later to apoligize and see what he could do to make it up. I appreciated his willingness to make it right. Ill try them again next time i am in town. Many years of Pizza Hut delivery... this was my first negative so Ill give em another shot.

Warning..this place closes its dining room several hours early all the time...the door says they are open until 10pm....but came on Tuesday at 7:30 and it is closed...they pull that stunt all the time...it minus well just be a takeout only place

Worst place to order a pizza. Took the driver 1 hour to delivery my pizza, not to me, to the wrong address ,same street name but wrong city. Moron.. so pissed Ill never going to order from that place again. dominos is the best place ever .

I ordered my food i paid with my credit card over the phone after 2 hours the driver never called me nobody showed up at all. I called their store in methuen and is closed. I will be calling my bank and the police

The remodel came out very nice and the food is always delicious, I rated 3 starso because there was only 1 person working the front, cooking the food and serving the tables which was ridiculous! Need more staff

The restraunt was so hot we sweated while we at, the parking lot is pitch black and the food was horrible, pizza was soggy and the stuff crust was mooshy. First and last time I will ever go there

We have had a long wait. We were givin used children place mats. Since one side was allready covered in crayons.3 out 4 had been used. I find it very dirty in here comp. With other pizza huts

No buffet, all restaurant is old (table, chairs,carpet) Good service but I dont like eat in an older restaurant. Need remodel urgent too many restaurants around in excellent conditions.

Good location on Haverhill Street (Route 110). Will benefit from the enlargement of the road thru the Methuen Rotary Project. Great, unique pizza. Could think opening earlier (10am?).
