Marble Slab as a franchise is very good. This particular location is NOT good at all! The owner is also the person who mixes the ice cream and she is extremely stingy and borders on rude. I went in with a $5 gift card to get some ice cream and ended up paying an extra $0.70 for a medium sized cup with 2 mix-ins and the cup wasnt even full! I asked her for more of one mix-in and less of the other, and she charged me extra for the one mix-in she put more of -- even though the "extra" mix-in added up to about 10 small marshmallows. On top of all that, she doesnt keep the ice cream cold enough and the lemon ice cream tasted rancid. This lady should be put out of business quickly.

I use to work here and it was awesome...but it has definitely gone downhill. It is so sad to see them not keep their ice-cream at appropriate temperatures. I have been there several times recently and always helped by the same person, who I believe owns this franchise as well. She is not very welcoming and then is super tingy on anything you order. Very little ice-cream for a lot of money. Ice-cream is supposed to be a fun, happy experience. She turns it into a not-happy, expensive experience. Its too bad, because I used to say they were way better than Cold-Stone, now I would say make the drive to Cold-Stone.

Very good ice cream, but understaffing means that, even mid-day, they have to get quite stingy with the popular flavors because, as the server admitted, "[she has] no time to replace them." Would have been happy to pay for a full scoop. Not so happy to have a good 4th of July date interrupted with disappointment because the owners leave their worker whos willing to work a holiday rush without enough help.

The woman was short. I asked for a banana split with different flavors than normal. She made it with strawberry, chocolate and vanilla. The scoops where incredibly small.the banana was not cut in half and she didnt put any toppings on it. Just whipped cream. The worst 7.00$ banana split Ive ever seen in my life. Horrible customer service. Dont waste your money or time driving there.

She said one price, but charged me another. I dont think they keep the ice cream at a cold enough temperature as it was melting in the display case. And on top of everything, the ice cream didnt even taste very good.
