I ordered multiple cakes from them for different dates and times and they always had everything ready and exactly as I ordered. Amazing quality with no problems. I had catering from Whole foods in comparison who were late and forgot half of my order and had to go back. I can always count on Northtown Baskin Robins for all my parties and all the guests love their icecream cakes!!!

Ice cream was fine, our personal server was polite, but one of the other employees had such appalling behavior I will never return to this location. The moment we walked in, at 5pm, she loudly complained about our presence to a manager. The manager did nothing to correct this behavior and talked along with her. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
