We tried this place for the 1st time tonight. It was for a delivery order. I had ordered a large order of chicken fried rice, a large order of shrimp chow mein, an order of crab rangoons, and a small order of egg drop soup. When our food came, we had received chicken chow mein, instead of shrimp chow mein, and a small order of chicken fried rice, instead of large order (the other items were correct). I called, and she said the guy had heard me wrong and thought I said chicken. She said she would send another small order of the rice (to make it a large), and a small shrimp chow mein, instead of a large one and we could just keep the chicken chow mein (we had ordered a large shrimp chow mein, I told her we dont like the chicken. Though it wasnt our fault they sent us the incorrect item, one we wouldnt have eaten-and didnt, we were going to finally be given the item we had ordered, but as a small order, though we were charged for a large order). An hour later, our replacement food, the small chicken fried rice and small shrimp chow mein arrived. While eating the shrimp chow mein, which tasted great, I noticed a black thing on one of the large wedges of onion. It was a bug wing, fairly large, with a small section of the body attached to it. I took a picture of it, though I do not see a place where I can attach it to my review on here. I called Green China to let them know, and I got an "Im sorry about that" by the man who answered. Needless to say all of the food went straight into the trash. Very disgusted and disappointed. We will not be back.

If you are planning on getting food here, DONT. They store their food in very unsanitary conditions and do not wear gloves when handling food. They believe throwing dropped or unsanitary food in the fryer is the correct way to handle waste. Now seeing as this, maam, is the only place you will be forced to hear me out I will make sure the world knows well. You CANNOT legally pay anyone "in food" for wages. You MUST file an I9 for every employee that you hire. Ill personally be calling the IRS to inform them of your tax evasions, and also the department of wage and labor to inform them of your heinous policies on Monday when they open. I sincerely hope that you and your fellow employees have citizenship because if not you will be facing deportation or federal prison. I hope China is missing you because you wont be missing the feds.

My experience was horrible. I called from out of town to have food brought back to me and the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and would not take a brief moment to allow me to explain to him that i simply want my gravy put inside of a plastic bag so that it would be preserved during the trip. He hung up on me and when i called back to complain I was given a empty apology. I dont mind u coming from another country and starting a business in my community to take care of your family but u will not be disrespectful to me. With that being said i will never eat there again i wouldnt suggest that any one else eat there until they learn to show some respect and appreciation for our support. There are dozens of chines restaurants in st louis and st charles ill be taking my business there!!!

The lady at the counter was very rude. Answering phones while taking my order. Not very professional if you ask me when I was already placing a order before the customer on phone and had to wait to finish my order after the person on the phone placed theres. This was the last of my concerns the next was very appalling "I FOUND A LARGE ROACH IN MY FOOD." Absolutely unexceptional!!! If you choose to eat here I strongly recommend you look through your food before eating. I discovered by walking by their back door that they leave their food sit in the back uncovered and and by no means temperature controlled. How this is not a major food risk I dont know but I will not be taking that risk again and thought everyone else should know what they are eating!

This place has horrible customer service from the manager that is working today. He yelled at me when I asked for two copies of the receipt that he had told me that he was going to send to me when my food was delivered. The deliveey fee was not explained to me and I assumed that it was included in my order pricing. When I called the store to inquire about the two receipts, I was yelled at and berated like an animal. This is not understandable or acceptable! The manager I am talking about name is Joshua, I believe he said his name was. I was not even given a chance to explain what happened! Their food is pretty good though!

There food is good. Ive ordered few times and had delivered. I dont carry cash and always pay over phone. I always add tip on receipt the driver gives me. But Ive noticed on my bank statements they never include tip. So figured maybe they include it in price. So this time k just signed and young driver says what no tip? So I wrote 2$ down. Because he was a dick about it. Check my bank. Not added again. Not everyone carries cash and usually adds to order. They need to have something figured out for people like me they dont use cash. Duse was very disrespectful and makes me not want to order from them anymore.

Let me start by saying my wife and I are very picky about good Chinese food. Green China is delicious! We ordered the crab ragoons and General Tsos chicken and couldnt finish it all between the two of us. Big pieces of chicken and the ragoons were light and fantastic. And its usually hard to find good fried rice, but this place has it. Lastly, the customer service is great. Open on Christmas too! We will be back.

The crab ran goon was excellent. I also got sweet and sour chicken, which was good as well. There were Asian newspapers next to the counter for free, which I thought was cool. I couldnt read the language however it is cool to see things out of the norm like that. They were open on Christmas which was cool. Prices were about normal for Chinese food. But excellent and not terrible. Not a bad place to go for food

We ordered our food at 5:55 and when the delivery guy showed up at 7:44 he shoewed us the credit ticket that was ran at 6:45 and since it was less then 1 hour they would not refund us our money. When we complained we were told that we would be added to their no delivery list and we should not call anymore to be delivered to. We are having to dispute the charge with the credit card company to get ourmoney back

The old managers/owners were amazing and the food was as well. Good personal service and always smiles. Now?? The new management is not consistent with the food. Gets it wrong.. not the same flavor. Prices went up and quality went way down. This was Our go to place. Not any more. Its sad. Why screw up a great thing? Id rather just not go here again. Drive out if my way to somewhere else.
