Customers beware! Having never been to Lucky China, I wasnt sure what to expect, but I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. The cashier should not be dealing with the public. When I arrived, there was only one other customer present, so they werent busy. She acted annoyed with me because she was skyping with someone, and wanted to get back to her conversation. She messed up my order, and when I called, she told me that I was wrong, that I didnt order what I said I did. I told her she shouldve repeated my order back to me. She lied and said she did. No apology was offered. In fact, when she started to yell, I told her she wasnt very nice. To which she responded, "ok, bye," and she hung up the phone.

just tried to order delivery from lucky china. the woman that answered the phone was rude and did not understand the street address i was giving her, it was an address for a hotel. she insisted that i was not giving her the proper address. i am just in town on work so it is easy to say i will never try to order from this place again. i will admit that the entire problem was probably created by a language issue between us but i do not consider that my fault or a reason for her to be so rude. i even called back to try and explain and she hung up on me.

I love this place! They are always so fast and never once had my order wrong. My husband and I joke they must have a kitchen in their car since it always hot and fresh. The delivery guys are always so nice and whatever tip you give them are so gracious. Hands down the best in St. Peters. *****+ side note to the rude previous reviews. English is not their first language. Give them a break. I sometimes dont always understand what theyre saying but since Im nice there are zero issues. Keep in mind this is a family just trying to make it.

I am very disappointed at the lack of customer satisfaction at this facility. The person who answered the phone for me to place the order seem to be in a hurry or just didnt care what I ordered. Upon arrival to get my order, I checked to make sure everything was correct and of course it wasnt. I told the lady who took the order that my order was incorrect and she slams the register and tell me that the order was correct. I proceed to ask for my money back and she raised her voice. No worries I will NEVER purchase anything from you again.

Food is decent but Customer Service sucks. Delivery is horrible. we ordered the lunch special and the deliver driver forgot half of our order, I called to have them bring it back and was told it would take 45min, 3 hours later I called back to see where my order was and she told me THEY WERENT BRINGING IT b/c they were too busy!!! I am furious and will never order from them again, she wouldnt give me a refund or anything! if this is how I will be treated as a returning customer then they can kiss my business good bye

Ordered from Lucky China today, but never again. The girl on the phone was so soft spoken I could hardly hear her. My order was a half an hour late. I called to see what was going on and I was again found myself talking to the soft spoken girl again. She passed me on to a man who I could hear just fine but couldnt understand and that got me nowhere. When our food finally arrived a half an hour passed the time I was told, our food was cold. I urge you to try your luck elsewhere.

FIRST OF ALL, the lady that answers the phone were extremely rude!! This was my first time calling to order! The lady that answers the phone were talking way toooo fast its like she was annoyed with me or something. First I asked her for dim sum , cause most Chinese restaurants have dim sum and she say no and was kind of yelling! Then I said "Can I have a order of GeneralTso chicken." Then she said "You call the wrong number!!" And just hang up the phone!!"

Place went to hell after change of ownership. There food is always made incorrectly and comes stone cold. Staff its most unhelpful. Oh and heads up, we order chow mein and after come without any noodles we were informed there dish comes without noodles. Chow mein is type of noodle so really with so many other and better Chinese food delivery places please do not waste your time and money.

Awesome customer service. Made my wife a special order without any problems. Huge portions, hot, fresh and well packed (with lots of condiments) American style Chinese delivery. The delivery driver was well dressed and professional. Would recommend and use them again. Great food delivered to the hotel room in less than 30 minutes.

This is easily the best Chinese food in St. Peters possibly all of St. Charles. I eat here at least once a month. They are very kind to my son and usually have candy or other simple gifts for him. Last time the gave a him a Chinese calendar. Wonderful place for delicious food. The teriyaki chicken is superb!

I love Lucky China. Ordering over the phone with them can be a frustrating experience at times, but the food is great and is delivered fast! They have the greatest sweet and sour chicken around...Ive noticed other places in the area cook theirs until it is hard.

The absolute best rice and crab rangoons Ive ever had! Even better than Noco Chinese, which is crazy because I dont like the Chinese food in St. Charles county. We didnt need any sauce whatsoever because it tasted so good. HIGHLY recommend!!!

The people that run this place are cheapskates. I ordered $20 worth of food and when I asked for a small cup of sweet and sour sauce for my crab Rangoon they told me it would cost me an additional 75¢. That seems rediculous to me.

Unsanitary/ does not wear gloves/ coughing and sneezing in their hands where food is being prepared/rubbing nose/ did not wash hands!! upset because I wanted a refund/ the worker started throwing boxes/ stay away!!! Gross!!

Our whole family loves their tofu dishes. My young children think their veggies are the best. Vegetable rolls are also amazing. Kind, friendly, and patient workers everytime we eat there or order over the phone.

We ate there for years and then I saw the lady drop a crab rangoon on the floor and pick it up and throw it in the deep fryer. I asked her about it and she said she set it on the table but couldnt produce it.

Fast, fresh GREAT quality food. Order always correct. Quick deliveries. Nothing is over breaded or over fried/dried out. Crab Rangoon is amazing! My favorite is the honey chicken. And good prices!

Fabulous food that is ready when I arrive every time. Would highly recommend trying at least once. Combo plates are the way to go for dinner, leaves me with enough for lunch the next day.
