Terrible rude service. Was accused of having fake IDs even though our entire party was of age and had legitimate IDs. First our IDs were okay, then the manager Rob asked to double check them, he returned and said they were fake and wouldnt serve us. We insisted he check again so he took them again and checked. Upon his return, our IDs were now deemed legit. A few mins later he returned and said they were fake again and he wouldnt serve. Again we insisted our IDs are legit so he took them again and had an ATF agent inspect them. She also deemed them fake. Worth noting, these inspections were purely a visual cross reference. They were not scanned in any way. We insisted the police be called to prove our IDs were real and they refused. They refused to involve police when it was the only thing that could prove our IDs legitimate. The manager was rude and inconsiderate the entire time. Even slamming the 6 "fake IDs" we had down on the table. Terrible rude service.

This used to be our favorite spot to get a beer and 1/2 price appetizers after work. Well, this is no longer offered. They are now FULL PRICE! Plus, last time we went, the food was absolutely terrible. Just like everything else, prices go up and everything else goes down the toilet. This location will soon be another empty building due to corporate greed and terrible food. This is very sad folks... My wife & I now go to Applebees where we can get 1/2 price appetizers AND beer on Happy Hour. Try them out!

Horrific experience again at BWW. I said I wouldnt be back to this location and I should of stuck to it. The service here SUCKS. Our waitress was horrible. The wait staff just doesnt seem to care too much about being attentive to their customers. Ill say it again and Ill stick to it, I wont be back. If you value your money and the service you get for each of your hard earned dollars, this is not the place to spend your money.

Staff doesnt keep the customers wants at the top of the priority list. Ive been to this location a handle of times, and while Ive only had 1 minor issue Ive witnessed other customers filling complaints with managers about wait time for food, running out of beer, incorrect prices on bills. From my experiences with this location, I dont feel they are up to par with the majority of the other locations in the area.

Nice hostess girl, friendly and helpful. The food took about 45 minutes to get so I wasnt happy about that. B dubs always plays ultimate fighting on their tvs so I hate that very much. I like to bring my kids there and that is too violent. I love that sports play, but ufc is not a sport its a barbaric spectacle of violence. The food was hot and pretty good. 3 stars for overall experience.

I dropped in for a carry-out order so cant really comment on the service. But while I was waiting I got to see them interact with customers. They all seemed nice and helpful. The wings were up to the standard that I am used to @ BBW - great! I ordered 20 of my favorites (buffalo dry rub) and actually got 22 so that was a nice bonus. Ill definitely order from here again.

Went and got take out and a server spilled a whole tray of dishes on another customer right next to me took forever to order so I then ordered $40.00 in wings 1/2 were Supposed to be Hot but dont even know what flavor they were and the other half of garlic hot wings were so tiny dont even know how they were even considered Wings waste of my money and my time

Pretty pricy for my service tonight. 1/2 an hour an no nachos. What does it take to make nachos one might ask? God only knows....update, they did comp our apps & that did ease my pain. Im not looking for a free meal, just good food & good service. Our food came out promptly after our appetizer as well. If the app comes out on time, Id upgrade you to a 4 star.

I have been to this particular BWW 5 times. Four out of the five times Ive been there Ive had horrendous service. They only hire young teenagers who clearly have nothing better to do than stand around and ignore their customers. I was even ignored when I walked in for a take out order. I will never be spending money at this restaurant again.

Terrible service. Waited over 2 hours for orders. Nothing came out. We left without getting any food OR DRINK ORDERS WE PUT IN OVER AN HOUR AGO. The manager Rob came out to interrogate our party and was surprisingly rude. Im generally a calm person buy this experience really upset me. I generally love BWW, but not this location.

I generally dont go to chain stores to eat and hang out, however tonight I went to Bdubs in Wentzville to watch the fight. I was very impressed with the service that our waitress Tori provided. I will definitely be back. I run a local organization and can only hope that my employees exude the same level of customer service.

Im not sure if its a BWW standard but every one Ive been to has had less than ok service. Our server seemed bothered we were there even though it was dead. Having worked as a server I wouldve been thrilled with something to do. Food was as expected. Nothing remarkable though.

Chain restaurant for wing and bar food. They have a variety of beers to try and will have most major fights or PPV events on a number of big screens. The staff is generally attentive but sometimes wait times for simple items can be slightly longer than you may expect.

The best buffalo wild wings in the district. Cocktail and bar staff are amazing. Late night happy hour rocks! Tall beers are 3.50 and select 3 $ appetizers during late night happy hour makes this the best place to be at night.

The wings are pretty good. Price are reasonable. Service is garbage. I have been to this location 5 times or so and every time the service, wait times, etc were terrible. I will eat at BWWs again, just not this one.

I usually get take-out and the Buffalo chicken wrap is fantastic! However, I dined inside on one occasion and left with a headache it was so noisy inside. So takeout: 5 stars, dine-in: 3 stars.

This is a great Buffalo Wild Wings. I am not super fond of the food personally, but if this is your thing then this is a great one to visit.
