If I had deeper pockets and they had a more expansive menu, Id eat there constantly. Siam Express is a small Chinese place ran by a husband and wife, so the small menu makes sense since he does all the cooking. Shes super friendly. I highly recommend the Sesame chicken and pork fried rice. Theyre delicious and tastes great cold or reheated as well. The Siam Special (I get it with chicken and no veggies) is like crack--I cant get enough of it. The Sweet n Sour Pork is delicious fresh, but doesnt hold up as well reheated like the other food does, so eat it first!

We order carryout here regularly. We usually order the chicken fried rice, crab rangoon and egg drop soup. The food is quite tasty and the owners are very accommodating and helpful. They have a small seating area for dine-in too. I believe they have 5 tables that seat up to 4. Many locals, including local businesses order carry-out here regularly. Also note, they are only open for lunch and dinner M-F. Hillsboro is a county seat for Jefferson County, so those are the busiest hours for this small town.

This husband and wife team are genuine in their personality , and genuine in their food. Place is beyond clean and friendly. They are the longest running restaurant in Hillsboro, and going strong. Out of 27 views - people truly see how genuine this mom and pop business truly is. A score of 4.9 is hard to beat. They earn every hard worked honest dollar. One customer was upset at the SLANDEROUS review from only one customer giving a 2 point star.

I have eaten here since I was a kid and its made such an impression on my taste buds that I normally dont like any Chinese restaurant that is not Siam. My good to regular is chicken siam special (so good) and plain fried rice. The couple who run the place are so friendly and are so accommodating for asking to substitute things or leave out onions or mushrooms. I highly recommend going out of your way for this!

Have to kill the 5.0 rating. Staff was nice, but food was mediocre, and menu does not list what the dish contains. So if you wanted to know what the item menu contained youre constantly asking "what does ***** have on it (or contain)" By far theee worse egg rolls and crab ragoon Ive ever had, so greasy. Oh and if your dining in, hope you like Joy fm, loud enough it cant be ignored.

This was the worst Chinese food I have ever had! The crab Rangoon was just plain cream cheese and burnt. The wontons were burnt and bland. The beef lomein was beef and broccoli dumped on top of lomein in a greasy sauce. The hot braised chicken was just fried chicken and mushrooms with a tiny bit of sauce that was bland. Wasnt spicy at all! $31.00 for greasy burnt garbage.

THE best oriental food you will have in Jefferson County. It is fresh, perfectly seasoned and the service is friendly. Dont look anywhere else. Once you try it, you wont want anything else. I always get their Egg Foo Young Special. Oh my soul. The sauce he makes is to die for. Best I have ever had. Just go. Try it. You know you want to!

The place is beyond amazing have been going there for over 10 years! Still to this day one of the best places I have ever been to food wise. Its a small family owned gem. The guy whos voted 2 stars is just a stuck up prick. Trust me u wont ever regret this place. 10+ years and still going back.

Enjoyed the food very much. Ordered the "Lo Mein noodles with chicken and vegetables" it was made to order and delicious. I have eaten there many times since and the food is always good. The egg drop soup is always good as well.
