The hardest Bread co., to get access to. Because they screwed up Manchester all those years ago, in order to get there from South County, you need to get off at the Manchester exit and take a left, going East, which takes you down and around and over the movie theater and around some big banks and then you can turn left when you have an option to go left on Manchester. If you dont go the whole way down, you play a guessing game where any left turn could get you to an unwanted spot where you have to back track and exit out on that under road and go down one more entrance, over and over until you get the right one. The staff there was rude on my most recent visit. The cashier had an Arabic accent and simple menu items, like Mac & cheese, had to be repeated to her 4 times and she still didnt push the button. The man getting the food ready yelled at me when I told him that I thought there was a missing item.

I eat at Panera weekly, the foods great. My father actually works for them as well. And this location really needs some help with getting their rapid orders ready. The past 3 visits something has been missing from my order (first the soup, second the cookies, today the pastry). Sadly this is the closest location to the hospital I work at. But it needs a new system pronto. Hopefully they get rid of the person who is supposed to be making sure these orders are right or they give them some serious training or this will definitely be my last time visiting this location.

I love Bread Co food. I go there and spend my money often. But this location has messed up my orders or have been out of ingredients or have done something to make me uneasy multiple times now. To where its noticeable. I would say throwing a free soup someones way when you cant make the only item they came there to buy wouldnt hurt either. But NO... I will purposely go to the other one further down the street from me now.

The food has always been good at this location, and the staff has always been professional and friendly, but i was outraged when one of my family members started working here and this manager, wont say his name, but i am reporting him, started sexually harassing this person, and continued saying the most vile and disgusting things to her, when she came back as a customer .

I tried the new sandwich with fresh slices of real turkey. It was the turkey BLT . It was the most disappointing sandwich ever. It was small chunks of very cold turkey, very cold avacado chunks, and Ive had larger Bacos in a salad. The man that made it couldnt even get it to stay together. It just fell all over my plate and had no real flavor because everything was so cold.

Destroyed my entire order because they were not listening, (not the first time) called in to the managerhe really didnt care ... said he would refund me, and didnt! Called the corporate office they said they would have the store GM call me and they didnt! Horrible location avoid it if you can go just a few miles down the road to kirkwood save yourself they headache!

Love bread co, but every time we go to this one they manage to mess our order up in some way. Just recently ordered breakfast sandwiches and the eggs werent cooked all the way through and the bacon was pretty much raw. We ordered it to go and were extremely disappointed when we got home. This was the last straw and we will not be going back to this location.

Enjoy Bread Co/panera, convienent, good and consistent...But, have been to 4 recently in different states and all have switched from traditional greek salad to new version with kale and parmesa chip things. THAT IS NOT A GREEK SALAD. All say they are a testing store. Not good, offer in addition, some things are just fine as they are.

They always mess up my order (3rd time this week). Ive decided I rather find a different Panera now due to the lack of care for their customers at this location. The managers attitude also left a bad taste in my mouth about Paneras hiring standards.

Always have problems with our order being accurate. It is too bad because the food is good. I will give the company and management credit, they do try to make things right but I would rather have the order right the first time.

Ordered a pick 2 Strawberry chicken salad, Cheddar Broc Soup, French Baguette and cookie. But when I got back to work they had everything but the soup correct. Not happy that I had Chicken Soup instead of the Cheddar Broc.

This Panera did not meet the standards I have come to expect with Panera. There wasnt a clean table anywhere, it took too long to get our paninis, they werent right and they we cold. Very disappointed!

Food was good, but was served with spoons that were coated with dried food. When I asked for a clean spoon, I was given two more dirty spoons. This location needs a deep cleaning in the dining room.

The bread was not satisfactory onto tuna sandwiches I bought yesterday. The usual French requested was no longer available. Very, very disappointed, to day the least!!!
