I was so excited about visiting since I initially heard about the opening. When we walked in, the decor was awesome! The menu was awesome, although maybe a tad high, but I didnt mind. Apparently we had a new waitress, but failed to find out until the end of dinner, whic we were there for almost 2 hours. We waited for a good half hour to pay the bill, because the computer system went down. All this time, we are fighting to keep my son awake, because he was so exhausted. Instead of an "Im sorry for the inconvenience, is there anything we can do?" , we get "I guess we wont be seeing you again" from the manager. Terrible customer service! Oh well, there are plenty of other great places to have dinner. Thanks for the letdown!

We heard about Circa STL on Show Me St Louis and took a drive from OFallon MO. We enjoyed the restaurant atmosphere and food. They were fairly busy, staff very friendly and working very hard to meet the needs of the the guests. I had the porksteak, bake potato and green beans, which were prepared with bacon, onions and I believe garlic, everyone at the table liked them. Other food , the Pizza needed to cook a little longer, the chicken modiga was also good. We concluded our meal with the fudge brownie dessert with ice cream, yes it was as good as it sounds. Give it a try I really think you will enjoy it.

It took 50 minutes for them to tell us they were out of something we ordered. within that 50 minutes three times food for a another table was brought to our table. the soup was nothing like the famous bar French onion soup. Not even close. The salad we ordered was missing a lot of obvious items they did take it back to add what was supposed to be in it. The toasted ravioli was nothing like we have seen from eating on the hill. The onion rings were not the same as parkmore they were just not good. The place was only 25% full and to top it off neither the owner or the waitress ever said they were sorry.

Had great toasted ravioli. Went back yesterday for more and they were so overcooked ,and burnt. I sent them back and they brought 4 more exactly life the previous ones. Didnt charge for them. Had such good experience first time and bad next week. From talking to people reviews are very different. Seems depends on what you order but others had same experience of same order being good one time and bad next. Is there more than one cook? Need to be consistent. Decor fascinating. Our two waiters were good. Hope they can do good all the time because there are positives and I want them to be successful

First time, wont go back. STL BBQ Pork Steak was tough and hard to chew, not tender-to-fork as described. Mac-n-cheese side was lukewarm on top, cold on bottom. Onion rings were good but undercooked so batter was white and raw in spots. Plus waiter forgot to bring salad, had to ask for it. Owner(?) Brian was too busy wiping tables to take care of people trying to check in for tables while I waited at front for 30 minutes for mine. He was unprofessional complaining about people taking too long and not leaving for others to sit. VERY slow service, below average food, and bad experience overall.

Experience was terrible, it took 30 minutes to get appetizers, then another 30 minutes for entrée, once entrée came then 5 minutes later my salad came. Service was terrible, 2 of 6 orders were cold and the manager was not interacting with any of the tables for example: hows everything or is there anything i can get you, no team work between servers, managers, bussers or bar help. If they were short help then they needed more teamwork especially from the manager. Wont go back but will tell as many as i can about the bad experience.

We went because of the feature in Saint Louis Magazine. The food was good and priced accordingly. The problem was it took 20min for someone to even come bring us water and our waiter was nice but look very overwhelmed and was drenched in sweat, I wished a manager would have stepped in for him so he could cool off. The resteraunt was only a quarter full and I couldnt imagine if they had a normal rush how that would work.

Just got back home, and wanted to post a review right away. Food and service were both really good. Cloie was our server and did a great job even with the grandkids - made us feel like family. All the STL favorites from toasted ravioli to BBQ & Cole slaw sandwiches - and as far as we could tell the food is authentic - everything we had was very tasty! Will definitely recommend it to all our family and friends!

First the service was absolutely horrible, probably the worst Ive ever had. We ordered T-ravs for an appetizer which you could play hockey with. The pork steak was all fat and fries were cold. The pizza we ordered was over cooked and just barely warm. And when you order pepperoni who puts one piece per slice. I ordered a second beer which I never got but was on the bill. I will never be back.

Sounded like a fun place to go to. Atmosphere was great, music wonderful, but the service was terrible even though the place was not busy. The owners were nice but needed to be on the floor to make sure the place ran smoothly instead of trying to promote some award they wanted to receive. The lady said she had been food service for thirty years, but it did not show. First time last time.

Have been here several times - the first time the experience was wonderful. Was just there on Saturday night at 6:00 p.m. Service was OK - I will say - the food is never warm - the baked potatoes seem liked they are cooked earlier and then warmed up in a microwave. My suggestion is to make sure the food is hot when you bring it to the table.

Dont go here bottom line... took 45 minutes to get a seat then 2 hours to get our food. While we waited, our waitress was at the bar, we watched her down a shot. She said that the kitchen was "slammed" but when we finallu got our food, it was cold. Worst restaurant exlerience ever.. what a way to celebrate my grandfathers birthday

Went here for drinks and appetizers. The food was delish and so were the drinks. The bartender was very knowledgeable and the owner very nice. The only thing id change is put some cheaper cocktails on the menu or do a happy hour. Cause $10 for cocktails is a lil pricey. But overall great place give it a shot. Worth it!!!

The food here is amazing!!! Try the toasted ravioli appetizer, its not traditional but its so yummy. Chicken Modiga was scrumptious. My husband loved his loaded burger, my sister in law loved her steak. Awesome atmosphere also. The salad dressing seems to be yogurt based which was still tasty.

Bryan is friendly and nice, and was working hard to help his staff with the crowd. Second time here. Food great and the onion soup was the real stuff. Going to have to keep coming back until I have tried everything on the menu. REAL ST. LOUIS FOOD AND DECOR.
