Im a loyal customer thats been going to this restaurant for the past year . Never had a problem , Service was always good even when they were slammed. I usually take my two boys out to dinner most Friday nights here. I recommend them to my parents . My parents ate there and did not like it , my father ordered a chicken burrito . he told me that they had turkey meat in the burrito instead of chicken and that he would never go back . that was about six months ago . I was like no way . We just ate there tonight and my oldest always get chicken tacos . It was a little dry this time around . So I tasted it . I tasted it twice . Im Telling you right now it was turkey not chicken. I asked two waiters and of course they both denied it . I will not be going back there again because they couldnt be honest with me . I will not recommend the to any one else because they are deceptive . And if theyre not telling the truth with the chicken being turkey . What else are they doing ? This message is for the owner.

They quality of the food here is completely genuine! You feel as if you are visiting Mexico with the flavors they embellish in every plate you get. Plus the complimentary chips and salsa when you first sit down not only is welcoming and tempting but packed full of flavor leaving you anticipating for entree, which takes only mere moments to wait for depending on the busyness of the evening. Great drink options as well. Would prefer authetic Mexican food over fast American-Mexican food anyday all day!

We had dinner outside in their outdoor eating section as it was a lovely cool evening. Our waiter was kind. The outdoor seating is uncomfortable, hard, metal chairs. The food arrived and the beef was so tough it was horrible. I was told there would be refried beans inside my food selection along with the beef, but there was only 1 teaspoon of beans inside and I had to search to find them. I was so disappointed. This was my 2nd visit. The first was good and this one definitely was not.

We came in because we love Mexican food, and your establishment looks beautiful. Once we arrived, we waited several minutes to be seated, and the table was cramped. This is not a big problem though. What made us get up and leave was the worker that served us our tortilla chips had open wounds on his hand. Im sure this is not your standard, but I cannot eat at a place where food may come into contact with someone elses bodily fluids.

Hands down the worst fish tacos I have ever had. Took one bite and that was it - ate chips for the rest of my meal. Kids had chicken strips that looked like they had been reheated multiple times. These were served with ketchup packets - no bottle of ketchup at the table. Watery salsa, mediocre service. This was our first and definitely last visit to this restaurant. Save your money - even Taco Bell would be better.

After being seated, no one came around to take drink orders for at least 15 to 20 minutes. If the place was busy, I could understand but it was not. When a waitress finally took drink orders, no apologies were provided, just an excuse that there was a new trainee. When he came to take food orders, also no apology. Food wasnt all that great either. My steak quesadilla looked like a big soft taco.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. We are always looking for great Mexican places, and this place is it! You need not go to any other place in Fenton. The service is great, the margaritas are even better and for once the fish tacos are worthy! The place is huge with a vibrant atmosphere. We have lived in Fenton only a few weeks and already Que Pasa is a weekly event for us! Cant go wrong here!

Tonight we tried this place for the first time because it was recommended, horrible experience! We only saw our waitress once and it took about an hour to get our food. We had to flag other waiters down to get refills. When we told the manager he doesnt seem at all apologetic. We never did see our waitress again for the rest of our meal! We wont be going back! Terrible customer service

We had a very bad experience! Ordered queso with the complimentary chips that never arrived. Had empty drinks with dinner, but never saw our server, and therefore, had to get them refilled at the bar ourselves. Then realized that the cabarnet was filled with gnats. Pulled about 12 bugs out of the glass, and we still received a full bill. Will not return!!

My husband and I went here for lunch yesterday.The service was terrible.We waited forever for our drinks.I had the beef taco salad and the meat tasted like what I would imagine dog food tasting like.My husbands food was just ok at best.The waiter never came back to ask us how our meal was.We will not be returning to this establishment.

I just left this establishment due to being seating for 20 minutes in a booth was served chips and salsa but no one ever came to take my order for lunch or ask if I wanted something to drink. There were maybe 5 other tables what were being served. Poor service!! Good salsa...but something to drink would have been nice!

The Nachos Del Alambre is absolutely delicious. At $12.99 for a full order its a deal and I get 2 meals out of it. My wife loves the beef chimichanga. The service is great, the staff is friendly and the parking lot may look full, but theres never been a wait.

The last two times my husband and I have went to eat here there has been no soap and no towels in either bathroom we walked out will not eat here again this also made us realize the employees use the same bathroom Im sure theyre not washing their hands

Great food but the service is rather poor. We stopped even going for lunch because weve often been waiting at the counter for 10 or more minutes waiting to pay. Wasnt as if they were overly busy, was maybe 3 or 4 tables there on any given lunch day.

Wonderful food and a great atmosphere! Dillon, Genesis and Arturro are there to help with your every need and the owner, Gabe is very friendly and ready to make you happy with hand made margaritas if needed. Highly recommended!

Really good food for a strip mall restaurant, weve eaten here multiple times and have never been disappointed. The salsa verde is the best Ive had anywhere, be sure to ask for it if you like a spicier salsa.

Great restaurant and good food but the smoke permeates the whole building and patio. Will not return when we have to smell smoke. Owners should smarten up.
