Very poor experience. My wife and I had a late date night and showed up 35 minutes before closing to grab food to-go. The entire staff was already cleaning everything and giving us really dirty, frustrated looks. As my wife and I stood in front of the door surprised and taken back, the young lady at the cash register kept wiping the counter and glancing at us looking frustrated. After a few minutes of this super awkward exchange, we just turned around and walked out- a very unprofessional, irresponsible, unhappy, and unwelcoming environment. The owner should definitely do something about this. I can maybe see being a little annoyed 5-10 minutes before close, but this was just rude, unwelcoming, and uncalled for (especially at a fast-casual restaurant).

I ordered 4 dishes, 2 dine in and 2 take out. In all of them rice was half cooked. I politely informed the girl at the counter who was nice enough to change my fried rice. But that dish too was same, half cooked rice. I spent about 35 bucks and ended up throwing away all the food. I guess someone did not know how much water should be added to the rice before cooking it. It was a terrible experience and I am never visiting any Pei Wei place again, in the life.

Ive had very mixed experiences here. Sometimes it is great, other times it takes forever to get my order placed and to get my food (even when they arent busy). Weve also had quite a few issues with orders being incorrect (asked for veggies to be cooked more and they are raw, asked to add broccoli to a dish and it wasnt added).

Pei Wei used to be one of my favorite asian restaurants, but since they changed theyre menu, Im not a big fan. I had been coming to this location, on a weekly basis, since they opened, but they recently eliminated my favorite dish from their menu all together. I will no longer patronize this establishment.

I like this place for what it is, an Asian restaurant that has decent food. Whenever Im in the mood for an Asian dish, I stop by this diner. The customer service is okay, but I go here for the food. I recommend this place with 4 stars. It is one of my favorite Asian spots in Creve Coeur.

If you are serving me a bowl of any kind please refrain from putting your thumb inside the bowl to serve it. Food is just average for the prices. The sushi was very good except for the last one where in the rice was a bit dry and crispy.

The cookers are absolutely disrespectful and when every my family goes there the cookers roll their eyes giving us ugly faces and Its just really annoying so I give this 0 stars because they are VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!!

Similar, smaller, quicker, cheaper place than PF Changs. Clean place with a nice wait staff. Has allergy specific cookware for those who might be allergic to certain items like peanuts that they use in some dishes.

Great food. Great customer service. Been here several times and have had no problems other than occasional long waits during peak hours. The long wait was immediately remedied with a gift card and an apology.

I have been eating at this pei wei location for years and it is great everytime. I normally get take away but the few times I have eaten in the service was good. I love the pei wei spicy. I highly recommend!

We are originally from Arizona, home of Pei Wei and PF Changs, and are so thrilled that there are two stores here in the St. Louis area! Now if we can only have another store closer to downtown ... :)

Its a chain, so the food is standardized. The dining area is always cleaned appropriately and the staff are efficient and friendly. Cant really ask for more than that from a franchise restaurant.

Good food. The hot and sour soup is one of my favorite things to get. Ordered beef instead of chicken with my entrée and the meat was overly fatty. The veggies are always sautéed perfectly.
