I had the shrimp and grits and it was mediocre. Not only that I requested no sausage and a few extra pieces of shrimp and I was told that wouldnt be an extra charge. When I get my food they changed their story and told me there would be a $3 additional charge. I was upset because they handled the situation unprofessional and we went back and forth on the matter. On top of that they charged each member of my party for one pot of coffee which I didnt like. I will not be returning.

Breakfast, at anytime of the day?! Moreover, *good* breakfast at any time of the day? Im in! The orange juice is kinda expensive -- I could buy a whole bottle for the price of a glass, but Im willing to overlook it. The food is well prepared, has a good variety, and the pancake stack is the only restaurant item to date Ive not been able to eat in one sitting. The outside area is also nicely decorated with benches to sit while waiting for visitors. Recommended.

I did enjoy this place! It was clean, efficient and the food was good! I had the Barbacoa Eggs Benedict which was in my opinion a little dry and a little over seasoned but it was a meal I did overall enjoy with the eggs, the avocado and the greens. The tea I had was also very good and they brought it out with lemon and honey, both things that I normally have to ask for! I would definitely recommend this place!

Good food! But I had the worst experience working here. Horrible management. Degraded me in front of everyone pretty much every day. Neil has his favourites, especially the young hostesses -- Ive heard some stories. Forced me to quit and told me I was the worst server. Just thinking of this places sends me into a dark place of getting bullied and beaten down and humiliated.

A popular brunch spot in the city and a wonderful opulent location in Clayton. Everything about this place says fresh. The juice was fresh, the food was fresh, and even the staff was fresh. They were patient as I made my selection with it being my first time and them offering so many wonderful things. The menu is available all day.

If you are looking for a more upscale breakfast dining experience in the Clayton area, this is a good place to go. The food is good and the service is excellent. Side note, if you go here enough you may see the likes of Cardinals players and some local celebrities. Just be cool and let them enjoy their food.

Food was good it was my first time going I knew what I wanted but didnt know I could get the tri-fecta and pay less I order everything like the trifecta but paid separate because I was never offered the cheaper way I didnt find out about the tri-fecta until I went to the Oakville location.

Great food, Great Coffee, and Great home made Fresh Juice. This is a excellent spot to eat on the weekends. Get in line about half an hour on the No Wait App. before you plan to go and eat. If not expect to wait 20 min or sit at the community table (first come first served.)

First Watch to me was just totally underwhelming compared to other diners in the St Louis area. The food was nothing extraordinary and honestly was pretty bland. Im not going to go so far as to say the food was BAD, but Ive got high standards for breakfast food.

Great place for brunch! Its very popular with the Washington University in St. Louis students. The food is incredible and quite filling. If youre vegetarian, I highly recommend their veggie burger! Its a delicious rice burger and its absolutely incredible!

The coffee tasted like it had chicory in it. Yuck! Everything else was good. They try to make traditional dishes a bit more healthy- fresh fruit, turkey sausage. Overall.....think IHOP with fresh ingredients. No canned preserves. Service- two thumbs up.

Service & food were good. Clean restrooms. My gluten-free wife was very disappointed by lack of GF pancakes. She got a frittata with mixed greens (very basic salad - odd for breakfast) with no toast. Waitress was aware of GF needs.

They advertise as healthy so I expected expensive, small portions of bland food. I was wrong on all accounts. Absolutely delicious. It was super crowded, but they use the No Wait app so you can get around that.

Our group meets at First Watch monthly to keep in touch and enjoy a healthy meal. The service is always fast and friendly. There are numerous healthy options to pick from and the facility is always clean.

The food is fresh and absolutely delicious. Love the turkey options for those of us who dont eat pork. Server wasnt particularly friendly but still a nice dining experience.

Nothing special. Good food but kind of pricey. Longer wait times to be expected. Lots of creative special items but half of them arent the best. Overall 4 out of 5 stars

Breakfast specialists.Reasonably priced, diverse menu options, and (can be) healthy. Nothing life changing, but it gets the job done! I usually order the Tri-athlete.

Quick in and quick out. This place is just like in KC. They are very consistent. I love the coffee they make and sell. Better than most and I dont know why.

First watch has way too much quinoa and spinach on the menu. The food is decent and service is good. Would look for a better breakfast place next time.
