What a circus this place is. Im traveling with my dog on a motorcycle up the Natchez Parkway. I stop for the night and decide to treat myself to something besides a burger. BIG MISTAKE! I walk in & the group of 4 are immediately assisted leaving me standing there waiting with 3 employees who apparently know nothing. Then the guy, who turns out to be the manager, sends me into a separate room where there is apparently a party going on and Im to sit in the corner of this room. Are you freaking me? After telling the hostess this wasnt going to work, we pass by several appealing open 2-seat tables and she proceeds to put me at a 4-chair table next to another group of about 8 noisy people and a baby running around. I should have got up and left then and saved myself, but I didnt. What an idiot move that would turn out to be. After waiting 10 minutes, server finally showed up to take my drink and entree order. When she returns, I ask for the meal to go (due to the noise level at the next table) and order. What does she do? Brings the soup I wanted to go with the meal along with the entree. DUH! So while eating my entree & soup, she brings my meal in a HUGE grocery bag and clops it on the table while Im sitting there with a breadstick in one hand and a spoon in the other, nearly on top of the entree. I mean, what is wrong with the entire other half of this 4 seat table? Finally I ask for a refill of my tea as shes whizzing by and decided I would ask for the check when she returned. NOPE! A busboy shows up and drops off the tea. So I pick up my meal and walk to the front where Im invisible to everyone but the manager. He finally asks and then he disappeared for what seemed like an eternity. I actually walked back to my table thinking the waitress had put it there. What a waste of time and money, because to be honest, the food wasnt worth the $30. Should have read the reviews first.

I had the worst experience here. I didnt wanna give the 1 star..1st we were sat by a moody hostess (only towards her own race)... I sat and watched her do everything but feed the other customers. 2nd "my waitress" was upset because we asked for clean plates, water, and ranch dressing. After skipping over us to help tables that werent her tables. Since we were asking for too much, I heard her say to another waitress TAKE THAT TABLE I DONT WANNA DEAL. I then asked for the manager, Raymond Hall. But, she sent me the hostess. I asked was she a hostess and manager. She said OH ILL GET HIM. 10mins later after the hostess lied and said my husband decided he didnt want a manager , Mr Raymond Hall appeared. Shaking like a leaf, he couldnt explain his staff behavior and even allowed THE ENTIRE STAFF (about 10 people) to come from the back to laugh and say whatever they wanted as I talked to him. I explained I have never seen a manager afraid of his staff, and this establishment will never succeed. Bad management equal bad staff.... this place is sad. And I have no plans of ever returning.

If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would. I dont normally write reviews but this has to be THE WORST service I have ever gotten. Our server would just toss the food on the table, did not speak one word to us other than to ask what we want and to yell "your plate is hot" in my friends face, and didnt offer cheese on anything like theyre suppose too. Did not bring us bowls to go with our salads, and our drinks stayed empty! If we asked for something as he walked by, he simply just ignored us. Once he even rolled his eyes. Ive been a server for 3 years and I can not even imagine treating my customers this way! Im still in shock of the service we received! And to top it all off, the chicken I ordered was BURNT!! Needless to say we ending up paying and leaving without eating our food. If youre planning on eating here, my advice is dont waste a single penny on this place!!! We went next door to Red Lobster and enjoyed a WONDERFUL meal with EXCELLENT service!! I would suggest dining there instead!

They close at 10, we got here at 9:20. Place was mostly empty, didnt get our drink order in until 9:35, at which point we also ordered out food, wanted to try the all you can eat pasta. Friends glass was dirty on the outside, he asked for another with concern about the cleanliness of the inside, all they did was wipe the outside off and bring it back to him. Food didnt get out until just after 10, after I asked for our food. Pasta was pretty dried out. No idea how things are done in he south, but this was the slowest Olive Garden Ive ever visited. Its 10:40, we barely got any refills, only had two bowls of pasta, and we just had to ask for the check because the dozen servers are no where to be found. A lot of people working here seem oddly complacent and confident they wont get fired. This place is a joke, and an insult to the franchise.

DO NOT GO THERE. WORST SERVICE, AND DONT PICK UP FOOD BECAUSE ITS EVEN WORSE. After not being able to park in the to go parking for a long time because there was a very "fancy car" parked in the front blocking everyone, I walked in to the strongest smell of vomit. I made my way to the counter for my to go order and there was water everywhere. 7 months pregnant and almost fell. I wated for 15 minutes and counted 12 workers walk by and finally someone asked what I needed. I finally got my food. I left and couldnt back out because the fancy car was STILL there and the man in it started honking at me because I was getting close to his car, but not about to hit it... he WOULD NOT MOVE. Both my kids are crying at this point. Got home and my food was completely messed up. If I could give negative stars I would.

This was my first time eating at Olive Garden and I must say even Waffle house has better service and prides themselves more in their workers! A cook walked out of the back with a cigarette in his mouth when he was going out to smoke. The language you could hear them so very loudly using in the back was horrible and the food was bland. I paid $40 for 2 people. For that amount of money I would expect the servers to at least have their pants up above their butt. Our waiter was rude and the guy that seated us looked high. Thats not including the stuff that was wrong with our order. I dont think I will be eating at Olive Garden again. Not if I am paying anyways.

April 3, 2016 - I ate here with my wife. We arrived at 1:30 PM and left at 3:00 PM. I took nearly 15 minutes for the waitress to even show up to our table and take the drink order. She came back ten minutes later with drinks and took our food order. Around 50 minutes later she arrived with our food. The food was alright, but certainly not special or even piping hot. The place was not packed with people. The waitress was nice, but entirely clueless as to what she should be doing as a waitress. We will not return. Id suggest you visit the Red Lobster next door. The food and service are both much better.
