While waiting for my food one the manager wearing glasses (female) behind the counter called an older gentlemans name as his food was ready to pick up. Upon giving him his food the manager says (loud enough for me to hear as I was sitting at a table) "Next time you want extra dressing tell the cashier because its extra!" Are you serious!? The man, only embarrassed, as I can imagine then goes to the cashier and pays for his extra dressing. After the gentleman walked away the manager and another co-worker started laughing. I asked to speak to a different manager (his name was Logan). He heard my feedback and gave me the GMs name - Christopher Curtis. This isnt even the worst part. I went to leave and realized I had forgotten my keys so I went back up to the counter to grab them and as I walk up shes bullying Logan into making him tell her what I had discussed with him (as she is higher management than him) all while laughing as they were right in front of customers and employees... she then says to Logan "Well I hope you stuck up for me!) I will be posting this review on every review page that there is and contacting the GM and can only hope that hell actually do something about the awful customer service that she displayed. And make sure you PAY FOR YOUR EXTRA DRESSING before youre embarrassed for not doing so!

Wow, management cowardice. Instead of sending a manager to tell us they were out of what we ordered after happily taking our money...they send a terrified kid. My daughter orders something else...I request to talk to the MOD. After he shows up he politely tells me the are having a fundraiser and give me the reasons why they are unable to fulfill orders and refunds her meal after my request for it....minutes later, my food arrives but not my daughters....?....?....after a few more minutes the poor kid shows up again to tell me that they are now out of her second choice.....tell me why this Manager did not come to our table to make any attempt to retain out business after this second failure.

Me and my boyfriend came in for a quick lunch we were told it was going to be a 15 min wait, we decided it was fine. However our name wasnt even on the list and we ended up waiting 45 min. Once I went up to ask about the wait time I was greeted with a rude remark that they didnt believe I was waiting that long. After an additional 10 min of waiting for my food once addressed I expected to be a top priority however I was wrong. Once recieving my food i never even received an apology about the mix up and wait time. I will not be coming here again

Used to go here, but I went this past weekend and it was just gross. Flies inside, cabinets falling off, leather torn on the seats, sticky floors. I dont know. None of the staff looked happy to be there. I was concerned about the food quality and safety of food handling as one should be when the restaraunts looks dirty and unkempt. Sure enough, stomach has been upset. My suggestion is to a deep clean and remodel, and maybe look at your management to see why your employees look dreadful.

In the 2 hours I was here today to catch up on paperwork, the staff here is amazing! I witnessed a little girl spill some milk and a few workers where quick to mop it up and replace the little girls milk, with reassuring words of "its okay stuff happens!" Everything was spotless, quick & hot food and most importantly a great staff. Keep up the good work!

My wife spent 20 minutes waiting for a pair of cold deli sandwiches and a coffee while others were served in front of her. Many traditional sit down restaurants with the same or higher quality food could provide faster service. Why not go to a non-chain restaurant thats more motivated to serve customers faster?

Always out of something. Seem to have a hard time getting orders right. Always dirty. The front door greats you with all sorts of finger prints. One of the worse Paneras I have visited. All if the above is consistent over a fairly long period of time.

This place regularly messes up orders but the last straw for me is when I find random stuff in my food. Not only did they give me a completely wrong sandwich today, but then I find a random piece of bacon in my other sandwich. Nice!

Food is tasty, but highly processed/most of it is shipped in (not made on site). Value is poor = expensive, especially considering the VERY small portions. Odds are youll be hungry when you leave, or soon after.

The Steak and Arugula "You Pick 2" meal was a total rip-off. The sandwich was very small and really not that tasty. I wont be ordering this overpriced item again. However, the clam chowder was very good.
