What a local gem. This is a coffee shop done right. All the flavor, service, and amenities you could hope for without any of the pretention. The owners got so much right. First of all the coffee- truly fresh roasted. If you order a pound theyll roast it in front of your eyes and send you home with the freshest beans you can buy. Service is quick and curteous. They have three brewed options available at the counter and the medium roast I chose was great. Plus add in these additional perks - Freshly baked pastries and bagels from St. Paul Bagelry - Fast and free WiFi without hoops to jump through - Comfortable seating with high-tops, low-tops, and lounge chairs. - Diaper changing station in womens and mens rooms - Reasonable prices - Great music and ambiance - Drive-Thru! If I lived closer Id be here all the time. If youre a coffee fan, youve got to check this place out.

Constructive criticism is the best for new business owners! First thing first is inconsistency. Sometimes I get a great latte sometimes I get a sour tasting one and the worst it when the milk is way too hot and burns the coffee and not to mention my mouth. Also theres no great coffee shops down south here Especially that offer beautiful latte art and nice fresh baked good or fresh unique salads.

I just moved to the area and was by far impressed. The coffee was great, the staff and owner were extremely friendly. Stronger coffee than Caribou thats for sure! Will be supporting this local business from here on forward, no more chain coffee for this Momma!

Bluenose is a wonderful coffee shop! The owner roasts a variety of beans from various regions around the world just about every day. The Roaster is in the shop and the coffee couldnt be any more fresh. There are also a number of fresh pastries to choose from.
