Not sure why this place has such a great rating. Maybe I came on an off night. In my opinion its way over priced. The deviled eggs looked interesting... And they were except there was only two eggs. Come on now- thats literally less than 1.00 of food cost. Next the burger and Sandwiches were ok, I was expecting it to come on a really high quality bun. It was marginal at best. I added the onion rings for a 2.00 upcharge and I got 4 little onion rings. Im all for paying upcharges for that kind of thing... But for .50 an onion ring, those things should be laced with gold. The food- marginal and over priced. The atmosphere, service and beer selection were excellent. Id go for happy hour and find some where else to eat.

Love this locally owned restaurant! The Backyard BBQ pizza is to die for!!! Order it with a side of smoked Gouda cheese sauce and the nacho cheese sauce to dunk your crust in! Life changing!!! They even carry some of our favorite beers from different breweries around the state. We highly recommend this quaint, tasty restaurant! Their ribs are great as well and we love the bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer with the smoked gouda cheese sauce. Have we mentioned the cheese sauces enough?!?!?

Found myself in Waconia for business and needed some din and a beer to fortify myself for the drive back to the cities. Iron Tap wouldnt be out of place in the cities, has the north loop industrial warehouse atmosphere but without the suspenders on the bartender. Great beer selection, see attached photo for the day. Prices absurdly cheap compared to MPLS. Friendly attentive service and well above average bar classics in burgers, soup, fries. Waconia coming up apparently.

A repeat customer, very busy at the time we went ( 2 of us), there was at least 4 partys behind us- groups of 2,4,5,5, we were seated last and arrived before these groups! The hostess was always saying we were next, never happen. Service was not the best- she asked us if we wanted dessert and did not ask if we needed another drink- beer glasses empty,besides the water we had! I WILL NOT RETURN EVEN IF IT IS WITH MY CEO!

This is a wonderful little place with multi levels mixed with outdoor seating. They have almost all craft beer with a few domestic. Waconia had Nickel Dickel days today so they had a limited menu. The loaded Gouda fries where very good. They also had a nice three piece band playing out side. I thought they did a great job for the space they were in. Ill be back to try their regular menu and some more beer.

Great place! Really good food, a very good variety of beers AND they even have some decent wine! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The bar does not seat a lot of people, but they have an addition that is nice, and when the weather is warm the addition walls slide open and you can use their rooftop as well. It is about 35 minutes from the Twin Cities, but worth the drive.

A nice and cozy eatery that also features a bar with an awesome selection of wine and craft beer. They feature a long varied list of craft beer with most styles to suit your taste. The food here is also wonderful and extremely tasty. If youre not hungry but looking for an appetizer, grab the pretzel or the cheese curds. Both are great! The pizza is also great.

I think this is my new favorite local spot - we went twice in one weekend. They have a great variety of craft beers (local and not so local) and so far everything weve had to eat has tasted great. Its smaller, though there is also outside seating and its family friendly, which is also a huge plus. We will without a doubt be going back often!

By far the best place in Waconia for Lunch and Dinner. Lolas is just too expensive for half-sized meals. But Iron Tap has creative meals, perfect meats, new beers, refreshing specials, and a wonderfully unique atmosphere. The Ironman is the perfect meal for 2, but the Peanut Butter Bacon Cheddar Sriracha Burger is the still our favorite!

Great selection of beers. Burgers are OK (seriously just OK) . The big disappointment was paying an extra $2 for onion rings and received only 4 small to medium sized rings. There was a huge opening on the plate and I even made a joke to the waitress hoping she would notice and do something but she didnt. Oh well...

A great little small town pub. Excellent beer selection. Went there for a beer dinner on New Years and loved it. The chef did a fabulous job. I want to go back and try the regular menu. It looks solid. Staff was super friendly, and they did a nice job serving. If you are out in Wachonia make the stop!

This place rocks, it makes me want to move to Waconia Minnesota. I really like the decor inside and the lights are really cool. There is a patio seating area if you choose to eat outdoors and even a rooftop seating, this place is very nice. Food was very good, I would recommend tho all my friends and family.

Great tap list, good food, and decent atmosphere. I have gone several times and have yet to be disappointed. My only complaint is that while the food has always been very good, the menu is limited. The best part is the beers are always changing, every time I have gone there is something new to try.

Our family just visited the Iron Tap last night and it was awesome!! We loved the atmosphere, food, and service!! We will definitely be back and bringing friends! Great place to bring family and friends and it is moderately priced. Loved the selection of brews too! Cant wait to visit again!

Great, casual place in Waconia. Good food, good drinks, good waiters/bartenders...and fair prices. This has become our go-to place in the Waconia area. Really like the view at the other Waconia place (on the lake) but the prices are getting out of hand over there.

Great burgers, wonderful patio space. Inside is small, best to come early or you might be waiting. Smoked meals are pricey and lack luster but huge selection of beers makes up for limited menu. Place is spotless.

Overall nice restaurant. Food has gotten better and service is great. A little pricey perhaps, but nice atmosphere. Can get a bit crowded. Nice rooftop seating in the summer. Great beer selection.

They charged me 2 dollars to get onion rings instead of fries with my burger then I got 4 onion rings. They then told me it was because they were bigger. They were normal onion rings.
