I put in a cake order for my daughters birthday last week and when i came to pick it up, they missed the entire order and didnt even have it ready for me. The very polite gal was really nice and apologetic and talked to her manager about it. Surprisingly, the manager didnt even come out to apologize on behalf of their screw up. The best they could offer was to take three cakes from the freezer to make up for it. Otherwise, it would take 4 hours to freeze my cake if they had made it, but of course the party would be over by then and i had to feed 40 people. So i took three cakes without being rude and made it the best scenario for my 2 year old. In my opinion, the manager should have refunded my money for not even having my cake ready and gave me cakes for free. But whatever, its just cake. Im more ticked that the manager didnt even come out and apologized or talked to me. Poor customer service.

Walked in and the first thing you noticed is the smell... smelled absolutely gross like something was rotting. Terrible customer service. The woman that was working was rude. They didnt have what i wanted on the menu. What i did get didnt taste right. Over all terrible experience. Never coming back.

This store needs a deep cleaning in a bad way to get rid of the funk. Visiting on a cold January day (-1°), walk in the door and get hit in the face with the smell of sour milk. I cant imagine a hot summer day. This is the worst location in the cities. Ice cream is still good though.

Normally Coldstone is awesome. This experience was just dreadful. They didnt have a single flavor I wanted. They didnt have any bowl dipped waffles either and tried to put my ice cream in a cone. In the end I was left with something I didnt even eat.

This place is a joke. They were out of vanilla ice cream until soccer mom and kid walked in. If you like dealing with two dudes with brain cells made out of Doritos and bleed Mountain Dew, come here and waste your cash.

I like the concept but the prices are a little high and I dont like that they change out flavors. Id prefer to get the flavor I like every time, but its not always in rotation.
