Really disappointed - I walked in this evening around 8:00 pm - the front entry was wet so I started to slip - I tried to get a foot on the mat - but mat was soaked so I wiped out. I lay on the wet floor in shock. The night manager saw me and came over to ask me if I was ok. I was so started - I went inside took off my soaked mittens. I then realized my pants were soaked. The night manager got his staff to get a dry mat and mop up all the water. I order my food - as I waited on the bench - I discovered the bench was now wet from my wet pants. I had to tell the manager he now needs to dry the bench. As I waited for our food to be made, I could not believe I was going to have to leave with wet pants, a dirty boot and wet glove - it is -5 degrees outside tonight. I was utterly shocked at the terrible customer service. I would think you would want to check up on how I am doing, offer me a complimentary cup of tea or coffee. Nothing. How could a manager witness a customer totally wipe out and lay on the floor in water - not offer me any type of customer service hospitality?

I visit this Panera a couple times a month. The menu always has delicious sandwiches, soups, and breakfast sandwiches. The bagels are delicious and I always get the honey walnut cream cheese. This is a great place to relax, chat or surf through emails if you bring your laptop. They have free Wi-Fi and plugs by some seats if you need more juice for your device. The sandwiches come with choice of bread chunk, chips or apple. The best part is if you order frequently or are in a rush you can order ahead using their app. The food will be ready in a cubby just passed the registers. Pick it up, fill your drink of choice then be on your way in just a matter of a minute or two.

Ive gone to other Panera Breads and this one was different than others. Five workers looked and passed by my friend and I. We waited about five minutes before anyone helped us. Then we did get help; lady who took our order didnt even greet us with a hello or hi nor a smile and rolled her eyes before helping us. Simply asked what we wanted. They werent too busy but steady. The food being prepared was quite quick and accurate and the "server" was very polite and asked if she had issued anything and thanked us.

Food is usually good but for being in there on a Sunday morning, it was slower service than normal. It wasnt too busy either. We sat down for a good 10 minutes before the manager appeared. Seemed like he was in the bathroom. Walked straight to the back after that. No wonder it was slow. Hard to have great customer service with a disengaged manager running the store. Pity.

Decent fast casual food. No fried food which is good for those looking for heart healthy food. I like that the calories are posted. When it has been busy we used the self service kiosks which speed things up. It will take a bit getting used to them but with labor shortages and the push for "living wages" they are the future.

Working in this area Panera is my frequent quick healthy lunch option. In which case, if you are just grabbing and heading out I highly recommend ordering online and using rapid pickup. This makes the process carefree. Love their salad options in the summer – really appreciate a creative and tasty salad with high protein!

Great place to meet for coffee and a morning bite to eat. Quiet and easy to have a conversation compared to many of the coffee shops. Service is given with a warm welcome and a smile. The breakfast souffles are great
