Went here for lunch for the first time. Only given three choices of PHO. (Warning: the pho here is catar for white people. No meat ball, tendon, you know real pho) I order the beef pho which had no flavor. It taste like water down beef flavor ramen. The beef in the pho looks like it was chop for stir fried. Garnished consist of only bean sprouts, scallion, and cilantro. Order the house special roast pork spring roll, which was decent, but for 5.50 was diffiently not worth that price point. Slow service so I dont think this place can handle max capacity. Bill came out to $17.50 for a lackluster appetizers and pho for one person. Not going back there ever.

Excellent food. Once in a while the food is not quite as incredible as others, but its always good... guess it depends who is cooking? The pho is great, the egg rolls are my favorite of any where, lo mien is awesome, I love the Vina Salad as well as the rice noodle salad... my husband loves the fried rice. Ive never had something I didnt like there, lets put it that way. Regarding peoples comments on service, there is one woman that is less-friendly than the others - but dont take it personally, thats the way she is and shes that way with everyone, not just you. Just get your food, fill your belly and smile ;)

Just moved into the area and was happy to see this place was just down the street. Stopped in for take out tonight and the gal working the front said I should try the hot and spicy chicken and egg rolls. She sold me on the platter which had those two items as well as fried rice. I bit because I always take recommendations on my first trip. Not disappointed. Well priced, my order was done in like 10 minutes, plus the food was damn good. I will be back. Ive had a hankering for pho for a good minute but it was 90 and humid today so i had to pass. Excited to give that a try next time and start dabbling the menu!

This is my wifes favorite Asian. We go there about 1x a month since we moved to Richfield about 4 years ago. Service is always good and fast. My wife loves the sweet and sour chicken and the sauce is awesome. Ive had a lot of other things on the menu and have never had a bad meal. The price has gone from $9-$9.30 for entrees in the past 4 years and is well worth it. LOVE this place, of the 10+ Asian restaurants near our house in Richfield this is definitely our favorite!

Have been here twice and would not go again. Good food, horrible service. The lady at the front never greets me. I have to always go to th3 register to be let her know Im dining in. I would give them at least a 4 star but the greeter is always bad! I dont feel welcome here. I walked out last time because the lady didnt greet me and after I was seated with the small menu she took it telling me that it was the take out menu and walked away.

The noodles salad would have been yummy if they left the fish sauce on the side instead of putting it in the bowl without telling us. It seems like they put a cup of the fish sauce in there. The noodles and vegetables got very soggy and salty. The shrimp and fish stir fry was awful also. Furthermore, we waited 30min or so for our food and the other couple that came 20min after us were served first. Not going back.

I give them 2.5 stars. The egg rolls are FABULOUS. The service is always horrible. If the lady (who I think is the owner), would just improve her level of customer service, I would give the place 5 stars. The ladys mom and sister also works there. Perhaps the "owner" should work in the back and have the mom and sister be the "face" of the restaurant.

Serves mostly Americanized Chinese food. Lo mein, Kung Pao chicken, wontons, chow mein--these are all offerings that are NOT Vietnamese. They even serve a fortune cookie at the end! The only distinctly Vietnamese item on the menu is pho. Service and atmosphere good, but very disappointed in the food. Salty, and catering to the Chinese buffet crowd.

My wife and have been going here since we first moved to Richfield 6 years ago. Great staff, very friendly family run. The food has always been amazing. my wife loves the sweet and sour chicken(sauce is amazing), the spring rolls and pho and I like everything... everything. I love Asian food and this is definitely my favorite in Richfield.

Picked up the Chicken Pho and Egg rolls to go about 1/2 hr before they closed, gal who answered was polite and made a great recommendation on their egg rolls!! Like little fried burritos would be more accurate!! Pho was ok, would come back!! She suggested eating at the restaurant instead of take out, will try that next time!

The fried rice is 5-stars alone. Ranks up there with the best Ive ever tasted. The cream cheese wontons are massive and taste delicious! The restaurant is unassuming and the staff are friendly and work very hard to make sure you are satisfied. Absolutely worth trying again.

Seriously awesome food and extremely cheap. Would recommend the noodle dishes specifically but all are great. The atmosphere is objectively terrible if you want to eat in the restaurant, but I dont mind that kind of thing at all so I still love to go here.

Pretty decent place in the heart of town for Vietnamese cuisine. Food is flavorful but not spicy if youre looking for real hot dishes. Portions are huge for appetizers, lunch specials and entrees. Quiet a lot of options on menu for vegetarians as well!

Food is a sad excause for viet food. The only thing authentic is the employers. Food was bland with no taste. Do not waste your money here. Food way overpriced for the taste. You would be better off trying to make the same food at home.

Horrible. Seems like the produce truck didnt show up today. No lemons for tea, no vegetables in the sweet and sour chicken and no Pho. How can you even put Vietnamese in the name without Pho or Bahn Mi or Thai iced tea. Not worth the stop.

The egg rolls are amazing. Either get a bag to go or the egg roll noodle salad. The only gripe is the service isnt always that fast or friendly. The delicious food makes up for it though.

Sad but the fried rice was burnt and sweet and sour chicken had a sauce of ketchup and brown sugar. Very disappointing. The pha had no Basel nor jalopenoes. Will not return.

Very limited selection of food. The pho I had wasnt tasteless. This is the first restaurant EVER, waitress ask me if I want my changes back when I pay my bill. :(
