Horrible Customer Service. I have dealt with them several times and each time it has been worse and worse. The first time I got a cake for my daughters baptism cake and when asked what do you want it to say, I asked what the examples have because I really didnt know. The sales person rolled her eyes and was very exaggerated in saying what ever you want it to say. Then I have been trying to get someone to help me with a wedding and the same thing from the same lady (3 other times) so I went in and asked to talk to the head baker and the same thing happened from 3 different people. One person (out of 5) was very nice and seemed like they wanted to help but as on his way out the door.

I ordered a small cake and cupcakes for a Baby Shower. For the first time going through the bakery I am very pleased! I emailed a picture of the baby shower invite thinking they would print on edible paper and transfer to cake but they didnt. The cake decorator went above and beyond my expectations and she had the cake look exactly like the invite! Everyone at the shower loved the cake and cupcakes. Thank you again Hanisch Bakery!! :) Will definitely be coming back!

Extremely rude staff. Were annoyed when asked to clarify menu items. Took 20min for a latte. When food came out before the drink and I asked, she rudely said they are backed up. Forgot one of our order items and when a different staff delivered they threw it on the table and didnt reply to our "thank you". Skip the restaurant and pick up bakery items to go! Not worth dealing with the attitudes.

If I rated on baked goods alone, it would be 5 stars. Weve been there a half dozen times and spent quite a bit of money but I doubt Ill go back. The staff is constantly rude, acting as of were inconveniencing them. My last visit, the woman kept rolling her eyes at me but was very sweet and accommodating to a regular from town. I can only assume they want local business only.

For anybody who might be confused by the Braschlers reviews on the Hanisch site, Hanisch bought Braschlers, so they are the same. Also the same is the quality (fabulous), the prices (great), the selection (astounding), and the service (wonderful). And since Im running out of adjectives, Ill leave you to judge on your next visit!

Drove to July 20 left Rosemont 4:30 fog 20 year celebration no bacon donuts no monster cookies sold out at 5:35 seems they only cater to there town account never go there again plus tell other people not to go there they were suppose to get back to us you can see that didnt happen wouldnt give them there vote for good bakery

Amazing food, both in the bakery and the deli. We had a huge apricot pastry, a panini, a flatbread, specialty drink, and coffee- all incredible. The young ladies in the deli were so friendly and helpful too. Since it was almost closing time, they were chatting and singing- really a great experience. We will go back!

Yummy smells and tastes. It was hard to choose our treats. The German chocolate roll was amazing. The cookies are decorated so cleverly it was hard to pick just a few. We will return. The service was small town friendly and efficient. Lots of pies, doughnuts, cookies, rolls, bread to choose from. Loved it!

Hanisch Bakery is constantly voted the Best Bakery in Minnesota. Its no surprise their baked goods are awesome. They continually push the envelope. Breakfast, bread, donuts, coffee cake, cake, and cookies... If you cant find something you like try looking again. They have great deals on things for Fido too.

The Hanisch Bakery is like an old fashioned bakery, complete with dining area to consume your goodies along with a cup of fresh, hot coffee. We had a buttercream filled long john with chocolate and peanuts on top that was among the best donuts weve ever had. Rich, but oh-so-good!

I asked a stranger about bakeries in town and they recommended this place, but said the staff is rude. Wow were they right. Good baked goods, bad attitudes. Straight up rude to me, to people in front of me and behind me. You guys need therapy. Great baked goods though!

We live in Missouri but my mothers family is from Red Wing. Every time we come back to visit we make at least one stop at Hanisch for breakfast and to buy cookies and donuts. Its so hard to find a great bakery anymore and this place rocks. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love this hometown bakery. Fantastic breads and the pastries are out of this world. The maple bacon cake donut is very good. The honey bran muffins are another favorite. You really cannot go wrong here; everything is wonderful.

Amazing Donuts and the "Bunman" is quite the guy! This is a go to place if you want baked goods in SE Minnesota. Check out their Facebook page and take my word for it, their bakery goods are just as good as they look!

Slow service, ordered a $9.50 roast beef sandwich that had no meat on it. Staff was rude! My kids were served cold macaroni and cheese. No clean tables, no water glasses, no silverware. Bake goods were the high point.

Food was ok. Staff were working like dogs but there is something wrong with the process. People didnt get the right food, silverware bins were empty, no one was bussing. It was a disaster in the dinning room.

Everything from their donuts and danishes to their lunch counter is amazing. Best quality of baked goods weve ever had and we will always buy from here vs. grocery store or anywhere else. Best bakery ever!!

The food was really good but the coffee was terrible. Go across the street to the coffee shop it is so much better. Hanischs coffee was super watered down and flavorless. The panini was phenomenal though.

Amazing donuts. The pastry selection is great and it all looked delicious. The small cafe is nice to grab a bite to eat. During busier times the grill can get backed up and cause a waiting time.

Wow! Came to Red Wing on business today. Wanted a coffee and saw this place. Ended up with lunch and took home a box of doughnuts. Hands down best bakery I have ever been to.

Donuts, rolls, and bread are great! Stick to the golden trio and youre good. Sandwiches and coffee are okay but not as good as the trio.
