My wife and I have been costumers at the Hudson Starbucks location for about 3 years. I have been a customer of all Starbucks for about 12 years. More than ever tho This Hudson location deserves much recognition for their immaculate customer service. I have never been treated with so much respect as I have from our friends at Starbucks here in Hudson. Starting with Mary and Sarah..to Robin to drew #1 and drew #2 ..to Katie and Im forgetting a couple favorites because names are hard for me ..shoot.. but I have never received poor service from any of the staff here. This is, overall, an excellent Starbucks. There is sufficient seating, the staff is polite and attentive, and there is a great atmosphere. In the summer, there is some outdoor seating. Also a plus, there is more than enough parking outside. I personally like the fact that one generally will not encounter too many students taking up the tables--so you are almost assured some good seating. After spending seven years in St. Paul doing my schooling, I am happy that I can still enjoy some Starbucks while residing in River Falls.

This Starbucks location is quite bad. For one, dont attempt the drive-thru if youre in any sort of hurry. Secondly, dont order an espresso-based drink. Im not sure if they dont calibrate their shots like they should, or are just letting them sit too long, but the drinks always taste flat and bitter. Youre better off sticking to frappuccinos if you insist on visiting this store (if you dont mind the wait.)

I showed up at the drive thru for this coffee shop at 5:20 am because the Internet says they open at 5 am. I could see the worker through the window and she got on the loudspeaker to tell me Id have to sit in line until 5:30 because they were not open yet. All I wanted was a cup of coffee. Customer service goes a long way and this place doesnt have it. Very disappointing Starbucks!

this Starbucks is so inconsistent. Some days I go and everyone is nice and my drink is perfect. On other days its just terrible. Today one of the drive threw girls gave me way to much sass and attidtude. My drink was actually good but half the time there wrong. I hope someone from management picks this up because this is just way to messy of a place for me to return anytime soon.

Great service!! Expensive, but everybody knows that going in. My only "complaint" is that even thought I order the same drink EVERY time I go, its a hit/miss on the taste. I dont know if different employees use different ingredients or what the deal is, but sometimes it does NOT taste like my drink. When they get it exactly right though, its PERFECT.

I come here quite often and am satisfied 90% of the time. I think all the staff is very friendly except one gentleman who is on the larger side (with a beard) he is rude to customers and seems like he overall just hates his job. Which makes the experience very negative and not welcoming. I love coming here except when he is working. He is a day ruiner.

Guy working there had a real attitude. I asked for an extra cup of ice with my drink (I always add extra in) and he acted like I was asking for the most difficult drink order. Even said "grande ice water, no water, extra ice... I guess thats a thing now" to his coworker as I was standing right there. Made me very uncomfortable. Poor customer service.

Super friendly baristas, beverages always made perfectly to order and fresh. The big downfall - the drive thru lane, it runs behind parked cars and when its busy, its a nightmare if youre wedged in line and suddenly a parked car wants out.
