The worst caribou in the city. This location here is always rude, make you feel bad if you ask for anything different, they never greet you, they just take no pride in anything their doing. There is a tattooed blonde lady who runs drive through alot who is so rude. She actually got mad at me for asking to have my croissants heated up, even though I had initially asked for them warm. So mad she threw them in a bag melting with no napkins or dividers. (See picture) Drink is usually incorrect or taste drastically dofferent than other locations. They refuse to give you ice water because "they are saving it for the soccer tourney people across street". Theyve been using that excuse all summer. Im a paying customer, why would they get it over me? Anyway, just not anywhere I ever go unless its emergency.

First - regular customer here Second - Zoey served 6:00pm CST 09MAY17 - made assumptions on dark/white/milk chocolate and made up a story that they chose by default milk chocolate - incorrect ! Third - didnt give bill & was defensive Fourth - wont be recommending this place to anyone anytime soon - actually will be negatively marketing this place

Takes way too long in drive thru, shouldnt have to wait a hour in drive thru to get a drink wow also sometimes they dont even make my drink right, if Im paying 6 dollars for a drink than it should be made correctly and shouldnt have to wait and hour for it! Not happy with this store at all!

My friend and I asked several questions in the drive-thru about the new menu items, and the guy handled it like a pro. He was super nice and patient. He didnt rush us and gave great descriptions. The coffee was great and the service was even better!

I was treated terribly in the drive through. Waited for my coffee while the drivethrough atteant actually held a conversation with another patron, all the while hold my coffee. I actually had opportunity to time it. 3mins. Unbelievable!!

All of the employees body language was very off-putting. No one smiled. No one greeted us. No one thanked us for our service. The only thing the cashier said to us was "is there anything else?" I wish I could take my tip back.

Coffee!!!!!! Great staff. Drive through can be confusing for new customers. Lobby tends to get crowded and orders can get misplaced. Has happened to me a few times. Have not had issues with order in drive through though.

I order a special drink in my downtown Minneapolis location (an Americano with white chocolate chips steamed in) and I wasnt confident that the Blaine location could pull it off... But they DID! It was perfectly prepared! I
