I have never been disrespected at a Caribou before but holy crap when it rains it pours. I work right down the street and frequent this location. The workers are usually pretty standoff-ish but WOW if they werent pulling out all the stops. I work in a customer focused field so I know how easy it is to fix an issue but these girls were the rudist people Ive incountered in a long while. I order the same thing Every. Single. Day A milk chocolate crafted press. The price is $3.74. It is even stated on the menu board. This day, there were cars lined up around the block. I pulled up to the window and they asked me to pay $5. I corrected them that my drink is usually $3.74. The girl at the window called another girl over who berated me for a good minute about how my order is correct and its my fault for not specific about how much milk chocolate I wanted. Ive never been told this before in my 3 years of having Caribou. She told me she could remake the drink and I could wait for it if I wanted. There were about 10 cars behind me. I asked if I could just pay $3.74 and be done with it. She then screamed "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO, YOURE HOLDING UP THE LINE" I havent been talked to that way ever by someone at Caribou. I started to cry. I handed her my credit card and she tossed my drink at me. I got to work. Took my first sip. There was no chocolate in the crafted press...... This is insane. These people at this location need to be fired

Ive been going to this caribou roughly once a week for almost a year. Overall, very poor service. Some staff are nice but others are plain rude. The drive-thru and lobby are always incredibly slow. Today, I went inside to order when it wasnt too busy yet. There were only 2 customers including myself waiting to order and about 3 cars in the drive-thru. My order should have taken 5 minutes at most. There were 4 workers and all they had to do was heat up my sandwich and pour my coffees into cups, literally. One light roast and one cold press. I had to wait 15 minutes for my whole order. A girl in a pink tutu gave my breakfast sandwich to the man ahead of me. After he left, they put his food up. He got the wrong sandwich and I overheard another customer explaining that her order was messed up also. I will not be a returning customer.

This Caribou is very close to my house. When I moved in, I though this is great and very convenient. When Ive gone the few times that I have, the service has been less than stellar. I tried one more time this morning, my experience has confirmed that I will never stop for coffee here ever! 10 PLUS MINUTES waiting at the window of the drive through for one coffee and a croissant. Only two people on staff, and they made my coffee wrong and I was too far away to turn around. The management of this location is horrible, there is never enough staff, the drive through is painstakingly slow, and they cant seem to get a non-fat half flavor latte right to save their lives.

The only reason I come here is because its the only coffee shop conveniently placed on the way to work. That truly is the ONLY thing this Caribou has going for it. Terrible service. Never once has my (very easy to order) drink been right. The drive thru line is always horrendous, so I unfortunately have to go inside. Today as I approached the register I was told by the woman to "hold on" as she walked away from the register and took a drive thru order. Rude. This should not happen. The workers seem very overwhelmed most of the time. This location is always extremely busy.... one would think you would hire more people to keep up..

I have been a regular customer for several months, although, recently we have watched this Caribou go from a warm welcoming friendly staff to a staff not capable of a single ounce of customer service. The seating area doesn’t appear to have been cleaned for some time now. Sad to admit McDonalds coffee may soon be our new morning stop. Caribou step in and teach your staff customer service before losing all your customers.

Im a paramedic with Allina Health. We stopped by to get some great coffee and something to eat. We placed our order. Unfortunately we got a call and had to leave before our order was ready. I stopped by the next day. Lou remember me. She showed sincere concern that we did not get what we ordered. Thank you!!! Caribou always takes care of us and all of their customers. By the way. Its a beautiful store and location.

Im the first one to order my drink, but they make me wait. Many people after me, they all got their drink( EXCEPT ME) then I started to ask them again. They didnt even say sorry and did a wrong one too.I order a blended drink not a hot drink. I dont want to drink a hot one in summer with 77 degrees outside. Thats my favorite brand but they make me so disappointed about them. So racist!!!!

Employees cant handle work order. They are always understaffed. Line is always backed up. Expect 15 - 20 minute wait times on the weekend. The drink quality is poor as well, since they are always rushing to keep up with orders. Hence the understaffing. They will never learn to have a consistent speed at this store

I have never been to a business that is so inconsistent with their hours. Ive been there multiple times right away in the morning and they are rarely open on time. When they ARE open, they have no staff on! It takes me forever to get my coffee, and on top of that, they arent very nice! PLEASE OPEN ON TIME!

I go to caribou all over the twin cities and they all seem to have issues finishing the coffee. They tend to put the correct ingredients in but cant seem to figure out the stirring part of it. I love the coffee. However, it is getting irritating considering what we pay for these drinks.

Coffee is always good when I order. The space is also convenient for either a quick coffee date or big group too since they have two big rooms. Also a great place to meet up halfway with friends who lives in St. Paul and those in Minneapolis.

This is my go-to Caribou on days I DJ. Service is quick, staff is happy and cheerful, and there is rarely a line. Nice, big, clean inside with plenty of seating and even a private room available to reserve. I love it!

Very spacious Caribou so its easy to have a conversation with someone, its right off the highway for a quick stop, and they have a meeting room for local businesses. Overall would recommend, free wifi, and good coffee!
