I give this location 2.5 stars. The employees are usually very friendly and nice but so slow! Baristas here do not seem to know how to multitask very well. I was a barista for 3 years, so I know the expectations. My order has been wrong on several occasions, or its not made correctly. The last latte I got had no foam. And the guy who ordered after me got his drink first for no apparent reason. Ive been coming to this location for over 3 years now and its remained consistently slow and hit or miss.

Drinks are good as always, and the staff is decent. Overheard part of a hiring interview that disturbed me deeply. The manager was describing the grievance process, and said "if you use that however, it goes to my boss and not to me, which makes me look bad and I wont be happy with you at all if you understand what I mean." That is a thinly veiled threat to a new hire, an illegal threat unless I miss my guess. Makes this my last visit here, ever.

I love this bou. The servers are really friendly and move fast. There are lots of suburban moms getting caffeinated at this location, which makes sense, as its in the suburbs. This isnt a place Id want to study or do work, but for sure its great for a quick coffee and seeing fresh "Can I see your manager" haircuts (if that reference doesnt make sense, Google it, you wont be sorry).

Excellent service! Excellent Baristas! Today I saw Alex, Shayla, Kayla, and Greg. I stopped by to grab an ice tea, and then left. THEN, I later returned there and sat, spent some time there, reading my Sunday Pioneer Press Newspaper, drinking my deliciously made Large Skim Milk Vanilla Latte. MMMM.

I like the comfortable feel of the place, and all of the windows let in a lot of natural light. The chai latte wasnt the best Ive had from Caribou (that honor goes to the Caribou up on 10 and County Rd I), but it was decent.

I skip other locations and drive out of my way for this coffee shop... why? because they make my drink correctly every time, they are friendly and they are fast! I highly recommend this coffee shop to others. ~C

Cozy, spacious, fire place, sunny Excellent customer service. Music is enjoyable, but not too loud that its distracting. Great place to catch up on computer work if you need to get out of office or home. :-)
