I go here out of convenience as it is the closest one to my house. The staff are usually friendly. My biggest issue with this caribou is how wrong they get my order sometimes. I dont know how they get it so wrong and make something that I literally couldnt have ordered bc I have no clue what it is. On top of getting my order wrong l they are often rude and flabbergasted when I ask them to correct it, which just makes me even more upset then if they had just gotten the order wrong. I am not paying $5+ for a drink that is exactly not what I ordered.

Last time I was here I was the only customer in the store at the time so I was able to order quickly and the girl working started making my drink. Then one of her friends walked in and she stopped working on my drink and they just chatted for about ten minutes. When she finely stopped talking to finish my drink I was angry so I just grabbed my drink and left. Once on the road I realized I received a medium. I paid for a large.

Coffe there is just as good as any other and I <3 my bou. I do hate the location, and the lack of drive thru. It may be a Cottage Grove thing to have inlets and store locations that dont make any sense though.

High turn over of staff it use to be the staff was the same and they knew your order. They are still fast and good service. It doesnt have a driver through window it would be great if they did.

When I order an iced coffee it would be nice if it didnt with coffee slopped all over the lid and sides of cup. It would also be great if it was cold. Summer time help I guess.

Super slow and to quiet not very lively... Drinks are still delicious. And drive threw is way better to have Espically when you have 3 kids... Just to inconvenient most times..
