Service was pretty good and the food was fantastic. We had the Chicken Benedict and Pork Tacos. Both excellent in taste and portions. We placed our drink and food order at the same time and received the food quickly and before our beer arrived. My disappointment is in the fact that they advertise as a "brewery", yet there was no printed menu regarding the beers available, size options and prices. (I didnt go for the wine or cocktails, but they had a printed menu on those available at the table). Fortunately, we happened to sit next to the sign on the wall that told us what beers were available. I ordered the Stout and, since I had been watching the bartender pouring pints, I expected a pint. Instead, I got a 10 oz beer for $6.50. When I asked about getting a pint, I was told they could not pour one due to higher alcohol content. Wouldve been nice to know beforehand. Also, after receiving my 10 oz beer, I saw the bartender pouring a sampler tray of four 10 oz beers. I was told that was $8.00. Again, wouldve been nice to know that beforehand. I recommend that the "brewery" have a printed menu about the beers available and details about them. I will give them another try because the food was so good and they are so new that they could be working out the inconsistencies.

Pleasant enough establishment, very welcoming (thanks Kenzie). Lets talk about beer: An American IPA that can visit Europe and not pretend to be Canadian. Impressive in understated confidence. This pale lovers kiss was a soft teasing bittersweet. Like stepping into a snow rimed greenhouse filled with sky blue and alabaster flowers. The Red Ale, the coppery color of a great northern river. A toasted crisp grain delight. Madrigal of autumn sun on oaken bows, scents of shelter and warmth. Buffeting me from winds of the inevitable. Oatmeal Brown Ale, a classic English version, more raven than brunette. A caramel & campfire cheers to a bear, the one that gets bigger every time you tell the tale. This hearty brew tasted like how I imagine agates taste to a rock eater. Harvest au jus sipped from an onyx bowl. This Milk Stout surprised me. Its white head hinted of secrets, its luscious sweet darkness fulfilled. Its flavor is what I wanted figgy pudding to taste like in the songs of December revelers. Honeyed light roast coffee, served black on the bow of a sailing vessel. Sunset caught beneath dark clouds, harbor and home ahead. Until next time, bearded brew-master. Skol.

Beer 4* The #IPA was everything you could ask for in an IPA and the American Lager was good as well. Food 2* Started with the Thai lettuce wraps. If youre going to serve Thai do everybody a favor and make it spicy. It was bland until I threw some Tabasco in it. At the very least have a spicy and non spicy option. Main course was the beef brisket. Awesome mashed potatoes, sting beans were perfect. Unfortunately I found the brisket itself to be dry and that was disappointing since Ive heard great things about the food here. Ambiance 3* Looks good, decent size bar. Huge downside was the live music. The musician was really good, but you couldnt have a conversation with the person across from you. The noise seemed to carry and was deafening at times. Im not writing these guys off and hoping tonight was a fluke. Bottom line so far, head here for the beer. Willing to still go back and have them prove me wrong on the food.

This is my new updated review! Been meaning to do it for a long time and have been back many times since my initial review! Atmosphere is very good with friendly bartenders and waitstaff! Customers are also very friendly at this establishment… Pretty much always a good time to be had with locals and tourists alike! Beers are starting to come around very nicely… New brewery curve takes a little while… Still occasionally out of their own beers...but I can alway easily find something that I enjoy... most everyone I talk to says their food is very good.... what I have had has also been tasty.... oh and they also fixed the pricing oddities mentioned in my previous review and have quite a nice happy hour now also! Sure hope they are successful in Lakeville because I like them! Keep up the good work!!

To quote my 6 YO, " they must have some great cooks here cause this food is wonderful". Ok. Lets break it down. Lots of beer, and its pretty darn tasty. The food is good... pretty darn good. But its the atmosphere that got us. We have a 6 YO and 4 YO that make eating out difficult, to say the least. Imagine this. Your out eating with your SO, enjoying a cold beverage and the kids are playing hide and go seek with all of the other childrens whose parents are relaxing in an enclosed backyard setting patio. Thats right. Parents. Eating out. Relaxing. Its almost like an alternate universe, but it exists right here in our Lakeville brewerys backyard. Its my little piece of Saturday night heaven.

Just had the best meal at Lakeville Brewing Co. 5 stars for the fish tacos---who knew eggs and hollandaise sauce would work so well? The walleye torta with pickled jalapeno was fantastic as well. A+ on the sweet potato tots and classic-cut fries. For the beer: a really nice selection (especially nice on the Belgian White and the IPA). The Co. is an excellent destination for a family-friendly brunch; the home-y feel is perfectly palpable, and with the new sound-reducing panels, conversation runs smooth. Thanks so much to the wonderful owners, you have done an incredible job with your dream.

First impressions were not so good. Wow, lots of kids at 9:22 p.m. Beers listed on the walls where you can hardly see them, may i suggest a list at the table? Server was really crabby because she had a 20 person table. We were obviously new to the place and could have used some info on the beer selections but she was way too rushed to do so. The server redeemed herself once the group left. Good selection of items on the menu. One vegetarian burger and a few vegetarian appetizers. Food was really good. Beer okay. We had the burger and walleye torta. We will be back.

Great outdoor space, like a park. Fun outdoor games, picnic tables, pleasant waitstaff, good beer & food. I enjoyed the pork tacos, and my husband had the beef briscuit. Briscuit was good but a bit too fatty, undersmoked & overssauced, he would have liked more meat. The potatoes that came with it were excellent. The pork tacos were perfect, came with homemade chips & a tasty salsa. Our dog was welcome & they even brought her a water bowl. For a non hoppy beer I liked the cream ale, and my husband likes dark & hoppy & likes the Hares Tipple Dry Irish Stout

Im rating 4 stars based on the food and service, which were both excellent. Was disappointed they had only one of their own brews available and that was more of a smoky brew that would be better for winter. They did have "guest" beers available though and IPA I had wasnt bad. It was also extremely loud. With a metal ceiling and cement floor, it would be nice if they installed some sound deadening panels to help quiet it down when its crowded.
