None of or pizzas were made as advertised on their menu. The taco pizza came with no lettuce, no sour cream and not tortilla strips, but entire soggy round gas station style chips scattered on top. The pot roast pizza we are almost positive the garlic mashed potatoes were instant, and the pot roast meat was actually just sliced lunch meat. The slices themselves were also too soggy and floppy to actually pick up. Sickeningly greasy unfortunately. The Gyro and hummus platter we got for appetizer was not a freshly made pita like the menu boasted but just a small pizza crust baked plain, and the gyro meat was on average the size of nickels and quarters and far from fresh. Very dried out and tough. The hummus was pretty good. I wish I had the experience all these higher star reviews are boasting.

Just moved into town a few months ago and was craving pizza. Decided to give this place a shot since I live close by and because I received a coupon from my apartment complex. I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and jalapenos. The price is a little high for what you get, but didnt hurt because of the coupon. Ordered it online and didnt have to wait long to pick it up, which is a plus. The cashier was nice, which was surprising as many pizza places have rude employees. The pizza was appealing and had many jalapenos on it. Crust is average, but everything else is amazing. I will be ordering again as they give you coupons for future purchases. A must try for pizza enthusiast or noobies.

We went to the lunch buffet at 12:30. We were greeted by 2 half empty trays of pizza and requested a pepperoni pizza be put in since we didnt like the options of the other two. Marco was very helpful and asked the female owner to put in a pepperoni, she rolled her eyes and begrudgingly made it. She then complained to the employee about how people always ask about things they dont have. She later wouldnt open up the pasta dishes so we had to blindly choose what we wanted. We will never be going back to Umbrias in Bloomington.

Caesar salad was fantastic, stuffed mushroom appetizer was to die for, XL pizza was amazing - I recommend the spicy sausage with mushroom and green olive. As you can see from the photo, we did 1/2 and 1/2 and they dont charge extra. Wine was drinkable even though a box wine. They have a nice selection of beers. Pizza...OMG ask for it well-done baked and it will have a chewy, yet crispy, crust.

The pizza is the best I found anywhere around Bloomington. It is fresh made in front of you and nothing is ever frozen. I dont know where the person came up with that idea. There is a wide selection of traditional and non-traditional pizzas. I have since moved away and miss this place. Every time I return I make sure to stop and visit.

I love the pizza here. I wish I lived closer so I could come here more often, as there are few places that have both good pizza and a lunch buffet. Their sausage pizza has these huge chunks that are so delicious and I love the crust. Buffet will set you back ~$10 which isnt bad at all considering they have a ton of pasta options too.

Loved the pizza. Lots of cheese and the crust was perfect for my liking. Best of all - the staff. Whoever worked the night of July 23rd should be commended by the managers. Just a great, outgoing and courteous group working tonight. I live in Shakopee cut wont hesitate to drive the extra distance to eat here again.

Had dinner there last night with a friend. We had Lazanya and Chicken Fet. Alfredo. Food was AMAZING! Cost $25 for both of those meals, salad and pop/coffee too! Owners were very pleasant...place was nicely decorated and very, very clean! I WILL be going back again!

This place is awful. When I seen that the name had the words gormet pizza in it that is what I expected. Unfortunately, it was more like a frozen pizza and the garlic bread was the frozen kind you find in a box at the grocery store.

I am very picky about pizza. We had a good experience with Umbrias calzone, so we tried the pizza. It was excellent. This is pizza the way I remember it going way back to my youth. I feel lucky to have found it.

The calzone was amazing and the pizza was really good. Ordered wings too half the family thought they were hot and the other half didnt but all agreed they were good :) Would gladly order from here anytime!!

The meatball hero is delish, and the pizza is quite good. Sometimes at lunch they are understaffed which hurts the experience, but the food is very good.
