One star for the delicious roast duck. Dont order pho, Very bland and no taste at all both time I ate their pho on two separate occasions a year apart...hoping maybe their pho would be different this time around. Nope! Other than that, bad customer service. I get an unwelcoming vibe from owners every time I go there. When they first opened their store, Ive always felt they were over charging me and I was suspicious but shrugged it off. Tried to call one day to order take out. I had their recent menu and asked for something on their menu and the lady owner acted like she didnt know what I was talking about. I told her Im just reading what she has on her menu. I got frustrated and end up not ordering. She did not sound happy. How do you not know your menu? Wow. Their roast duck is delicious but the price has gone up at least $3 since opening their stores. It used to be like $20ish, now it $23ish. Had some time today finally after years, to read reviews and other people complained of being overcharged! My gut was right all long. Smh.

Great food sometimes(Particularly the duck and the pork), but the people working there are really racist, especially towards Hmong people. I had a pick up order for a banh mi, and they sold it before I got there and I ended up being late for work waiting for them to make me another one. They expected a tip even after their mistake, and I had a friend who could speak Thai who understood what they were saying, saying that all Hmong people are cheap and dont tip. Nice place to get food, but who knows what they do to it if they hate you. They sometimes have kids in the back who they often leave unattended which can ruin the environment if youre sitting in. Last time I went, I had the fried rice but it was really dry and tasted like coffee. The only thing I would recommend is a report to a food inspector.

The moment we got in it was a empty dine in. So I knew something was up. But I decided to stay anyways. I ordered spring rolls and they came out very dry, so they probably left the spring rolls out all day without making fresh ones. I also ordered their pho large size. Sadly the bowl was big but there was barely any noodles or meat in their pho. Meat tripes were the size of a quarter. They only added 1 meatball and cut it into smaller pieces. There jalapeños were rotten not joking. There broth had a very burnt flavor to it. That bowl was not worth ten dollars. Try at your own expense, but my experience was absolutely terrible. FOOD IS TERRIBLE!!!!!

DONT EAT HERE!!! Went here earlier today for the first time. My friend and I both ordered Pho and my sister ordered chicken Pad Thai. Her food came out first, ours came out 15 minutes after hers. Looked at my bowl and you can clearly see a hair strand in mine. She "brought" out a new bowl of pho for me but this time, mine was covered in black pepper. My friend checked his but didnt find any at first until he was almost done with his food. We told the lady who serviced us and she kept insisting it wasnt her hair. She still charged us and threw in a free lychee drink. Never going there again!!

The first couple of months, after they opened, the food and the services were ok. Recently, their services are going down, they tried to cheat people as much as they can. I came there to buy sesame ball cakes; every time I bought 4 ball cakes I got 3 new ones and one old ( I mean the old ones those left over from yesterday or the day before yesterday.) Sadly the owner thinks that her customers can not recognize what she is doing!!! They made big mistake for their business. Being cheated like that for many times, we never come back to that deli.

Be careful on what you pay for. They cheat and dont give you a receipt for a reason. They dont ring it up on their cash register because they dont want to pay taxes. However they will take every chance they can to rip you off by charging you $.30-.50 extra if you use their credit card machine. Also they charge you taxes and sometimes two taxes even though they arent paying for their taxes. If anything I say your best bet is at the NEW buffet called Ocean Buffet on Shingle Creek. At least you will get Pho on top of Chinese and Vietnamese food.

They make pretty Cantonese BBQ. Whole roasted pig, cha siu, roasted duck and soy sauce chicken. I like the roasted pork the most especially if they happen to chop up mostly belly. Most people like belly and it gets sold out fast. So timing is everything if you want to get the belly part. For $8.95 a pound, its a little on the pricy side. They also carries stable Cantonese fare. Good seafood selection. I tried their Youn Chow fried rice. Its decent, but portion is tiny for $10.95.

Ordered ginger chicken...chicken was bloody and ginger sauce had the flavor of cornstarch. The beef brisket was so rubbery it couldnt be chewed enough to swallow. Also ordered cream cheese puffs and kimchi. When we called to complain about the meals, instead of apologizing and reimbursing, they still charged for cream cheese puffs and kimchi and delivery charge since those were "ok". VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We will NEVER order their food again.

Ive been coming here for the last two years for dining in mainly. Their ducks, pork belly, and other items in deli - sell out daily & take out is always busy when Im there. They recently updated their menu February 18th. Favorite new dish is the Golden Harvest shrimp *if you like spicy foods* Delivery option available too, which is awesome. The family that owns it, are hard working people who work every single day. Always great service :-)

Bad customer service every time I go: -Server/Cashier picked her teeth in front of me with toothpick and in cooking area. -Cashier/server handled money and then without washing hands, chopped food and made bubble tea. -Cashier/Server yelled at me and became aggressive because I went in shortly after opening and asked if roasted ducks are fresh. -Cashier/Server retaliated and left room multiple times.

Food is decent, management is something else. Watch your $$$ though, you will get charged an arm & a leg for services. I got 3 small phos & an order of chicken wings and it came to $42.71 not only that we left our food for less than half a mile and they threw it away, I hadnt even touched my pho. Owner called the cops on us, thank Heaven for the consumer protection act!

WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!Omg. I hate this place. I gave the lady and her husband my business for about a couple years. I found out they over charge me every time I order more than 2 items. I paid $23 for 3 cups of bubble tea!!!! The food isnt the best in town anyways. Bring your money somewhere else. I no longer go there.

Its true....dont go there!!! The Bánh mì bread is so thick(not very good quality and not baguette like it should be) and there is barely anything inside. The duck price is ridiculous compare to others, also not as good(taste wise). Sadly, I make better pho. Needless to say, you should drive to Saint Paul instead. lol
