I wish I could give them no stars. They dont deserve any. I found out they include tip without telling you, which I had already tipped money on the table. Their pho is a hit and miss. Always taste different every time I go, either too sweet or too bland. The last two times I went, it was 9am and barely any customers. I was in front of the cashier lady and she looked me in the eye and instead of helping to seat me, she turns around to look for something else to do(she found nothing to do). Then after 5 minutes, turns around and asked "Do you need something?" I thought this was just a one time so I came back giving them another chance. They never gave me my chopsticks so I waiting a few minutes hoping someone would come. No one ever came, I ended up going up to the cashier ladies (there were 3) helping only 1 customer (he was just waiting for his food), one looked at me but act like she didnt see me. Then finally one of them asked what I wanted. I never got my water refilled, there were only three booth occupied, including myself so it wasnt very busy. I didnt tip them because of the horrible service. As I walked out, the Vietnamese girl saw that I didnt tip and blurted something out in Vietnamese, which Im sure she probably cussed me out in her language. Why would you expect a tip if you suck at servicing? I hope they go out of business.

Service is mediocre at best. Unable to find a good Asian meal with DECENT service. And Im Asian. Apparently its too much to ask for --let alone expecting sanitary utensils and tables. SUMMARY: be wary of eating here. DETAILS: The cashier was the waitress and also the buser. She was more concerned about clearing tables than taking my order. It appears she didnt wash her hands after she bused the table before getting my water and side of veggie for my Pho. Her greasy finger prints were imprinted on my water glass. My usual Combination Pho special was served with meatballs that had dry crusted outer edges. I mentioned it to one of the chef who was passing by, only to be told its okay and that it was the meatball on the top of the boiling pot. Which then...the second chef standing by also inquired what the issue was. He too insisted it was okay and edible. And did nothing about it. Was it that insanely hard to replace the meatballs?? Like seriously, I CANT. Maybe YOU can.

I came here for the first time to try their Taro Boba Drink. The drink itself was OK, but it was blended with powder, a lot of ice, and lacked creaminess. I was ready to order my drink and approached the employee at the cash register. She then turns around and starts chatting in a circle a couple of feet in front of me with 4 other employees at the register. We are separated by the cash register counter. I stand there and wait for someone help take my order. I am positive they can all see me waiting. I wait for a minute (doesnt seem like long, but when you are just standing there waiting, it feels like a long time) as they finish their very important conversation. If I had to wait another minute, I would have impatiently asked, "You guys work here, right??" It was around 3 pm, so the restaurant was not busy at all. Clearly, they were not understaffed since they were standing around chatting. Customer service was definitely not a priority, and I will not return again to this establishment.

I wish I could rate them a zero, after asking for a few refills of water they finally came and did it with an attitude. They seem to care more for their Vietnamese customers. Upon receiving my bill I was shocked at how my small order managed to be over $50. After asking for a copy of my receipt they hesitated and finally gave me the order form of the receipt with no prices on it. With a weird feeling in my back as if Ive been cheated I calculate the order myself and one of the waitresses noticed that Im tallying up the order she comes faster than she did with my water to let me know that gratituity was included, may I remind you it was me my buddy and my two daughters. Charged $15 gratituity for a small group of four? Are you kidding me? Next time let people know what youre charging and as a consumer ask for a legit copy of your receipt these crooks will try to get away with anything.

The service at this place is just terrible. We had a large group come in together. At the checkout list, the lady insisted my table had ordered 4 orders of fried dumplings, when clearly we were only given two. She refilled my water two times and knew we only had two since she was the very one who brought it out. She made me pay for the two orders plus my wonton soup and what should have been 20 bucks the most turned into 28.95. I will never go to this place ever again. The food is average but for the service they provide and the price they charge you, it is not worth it.

This restaurant doesnt even deserve one star. I dont usually go out of my way to post reviews but their horrible customer service really left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I walked in 15 minutes before close, was asked what I wanted, and when I replied with "The special bahn mi sandwich," the waitress responded with "We out of sandwiches, you supposed to order before close." She said all this with no eye contact, of course so I figured my money was more well spent elsewhere. Dont support this restaurant unless youre ready to be treated like crap.

The food here is good but the service is terrible. When you get seated, the hostess just throws the menus onto the table and leaves you. They take 15 minutes to drop off a cup of water which will never get refilled. I actually ordered two sandwiches to go at the time I ordered my food, they never brought it to me, I paid for it at the register and reminded them of it. After patiently waiting for 15 minutes I ask again and they never got to making it. I had to wait another 5 minutes for the two sandwiches. Im never going back.

This place needs to get better customer service. The food here is over-priced. One good non-busy days, customer service seems to be ok. On busy days, service is really poor. Their receipt they give you will not show anything you ordered because they will put gratuity on the bill without you knowing it. BEWARE. We even put money on the table and finding why the price was so much. Go to Vietnam House 7962 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445 Better service, owner talks to you and even have better prices. Go elsewhere.

Food is good but they are shady and greedy. They hide their 18% tip supposedly for groups of 4 or more. They wont tell you until you ask about the disparity in your bill. Ohh yeah we put an 18% in there by the way. Your service is not worth 18%. Trying to cheat your customers will come back to haunt you. At least give me the option to decide. But forcing it is just wrong. For a Pho place. Never heading there again. I would avoid at all cost until the change their ways.
