Always had positive experience except for tonight. The staff were extremely rude. There was a new waiter who was really nice but was being treated horribly by the the other staff especially by a staff named Joshua. I took couple of my friends to dine in there for the first time but their customer service was horrible. We got food that we did not order and even though we said we will pay the full price for it the staff created a big scene inside the restaurant while we were dining and continued to suggest the waiter bring us the food we did not want. Joshua told the waiter to bring back the tray to us. HOW RUDE!!!! His tone was disgusting and he should not be the face of the restaurant. It is bad for the business. If you cannot be nice to customers you have no business working at a restaurant. GET A NEW JOB! Or learn some manners. They have embarrassed me so badly that I will never dine in there ever again. I just felt bad for the waiter who was being treated very poorly by a loser colleague and a bully at work I would say. This situation could have been easily avoided but all the staff including the chef made it to be a very bad scene and people that were dining with us knew how bad the situation got. The couple next to us even asked us if we are seeing what they are seeing. It was the worst dining experience ever. We offered to pay full price and paid full price for food we didnt even eat. Thats not the main issue for me though, my main problem was I took my friends out for a nice evening out and they just ruined it for us. What a horrible restaurant experience. Hope management sends his/her staff through some rigorous customer service and hospitality training or he will be out of business soon. I usually do a lot of take out from there because they have good sushi but I dont think Ill ever go back after this experience.

**update** one year after, again for my wifes birthday. Food and service are still fantastic! Aya took care of us this time. Always on top of everything, and awesome start to finish! ___________________________________________ Fantastic service! Jamie is the best! I took my wife here for her birthday back on July 13th. Our server, Jamie was fantastic. Extremely attentive, great attitude! She helped make my wifes birthday special. Truly a valuable asset to your restaurant. The sushi was also very good. I am not a fanatic about sushi, but I could definitely eat here more often. The quantity for the price was plentiful. Everything was delicious. Great little hidden sushi restaurant. I worked right across the street and never went there before.

PSA! Today a coworker and I ordered sushi from Sushi Bon! Besides the fact the lady on the phone struggled to understand anything, I was up charged. I never call and complain about anything BUT when I did, she switched me over to her manager and he told me "they can charge what they want" and told me the menu that is on display isnt correct and its "years old". He then asked why I didnt verify prices with the server... MAYBE BECAUSE YOU SHOULD HAVE AN UPDATED MENU. I will NEVER order from there again and I highly suggest you dont either, or who knows what your bill is going to look like!

Great sushi for everyone! I bring friends here, my boyfriend recently tried sushi for his first time here and Id like to thank sushi bin for making it the best experience it couldve been for him now he is open minded to all other kinds. Hoping this place stays open forever. This is the fort business that has stayed in the vusame doing its located in for the longest compared to other business that shut down in less than a year due to "location." Well say no more sushi bin has changed that for a fact! Also very clean and service is perfect.

Seems like a nice place they messed up my order had to drive back when I finally picked up the right order and was ready to eat food was disgusting the sushi was very soggy they had mayo or mayo shouldnt be long it was honestly the most grossest thing Ive ever ate I love sushi and I wont let this experience ruined sushi for me I dont care about the other reviews Im very honest take my word for it if you love sushi as much as I do do not come here !

I enjoyed the lunch bento box here. Nothing mind blowing, but certainly tasty and authentic. Also appreciate the quick service. On a side note, the ambient music is too loud and fairly annoying. I understand and have no qualms with bringing the music of the people who invented your cuisine to the experience. But theres a limit in how loud and horrible the sound quality can be before youre getting on nerves.

This is a wonderful sushi/Korean food place. Wonderful staff,amazing chefs! We ordered what I thought was a lot and it came very quickly in my opinion. All the times we have been here ,we have never had bad service. Our order was off by an item one time. However this was quickly resolved. Cheap prices too (in my opinion). If you get the Tempura (fried) cheesecake get ready for dessert heaven!

Came here today for the first time for a quick bite on my lunch break with a co worker. I was seated promptly, and had an attentive waitress, who made sure our visit was excellent. She was pleasant with a smile, kind, and made suggestions on what to order. Best service, best California rolls. Would come here again if Samantha was my server. Great experience!

Delightful Sushi with reasonable prices. Its seems to be Warrens little secret tucked away in a plaza. Wonderful assortment of Nigiri and Sashimi style Sushi. Yes, it has your playful assortment if themed rolls; it still maintains a higher end sushi dinning experience but with a casual and approachable atmosphere. I will for sure be eating there again.

I love this place!!. The food, variety, service, set up is amazing. Everything is always fresh and made quickly to order. I go even if for a carry out twice a week. Its always clean and welcoming. Ive tried sooooo many sushi spots but this is the best hands down. Try the super bowl roll and Detroit roll... YUM!!

Had a carryout order but still enjoyed the friendly and welcoming atmosphere during the short time I was there. Everything was ready right on time. The California, Crunch California, Spider, and Sakura were all very fresh and extremely tasty. Will return soon and often as long as this experience is repeated.

The staff is friendly, and the sushi is good. The menu is pretty extensive and they make a lot of interesting rolls. Ive been here several times, and its always a consistently good experience. To compare, Ive tried several other independent sushi bars around town, and Sushi Bon is hard to beat.

Attempted to place an order today; I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and then no one returned to the phone. Attempted to call back multiple times and there was no answer. If this is how they do business I have no desire to patronize their business. Absolutely unprofessional.

Very nice atmosphere. Cashier and sushi bar are near the entrance. While having dinner there, I was able to watch carry-out preparation and pickup. They are truly set up for efficiency. Service was very good, and there were 2 sushi chefs on hand. The sushi was fresh and tasty.
