Food was great as usual but light skin black girl on veggies (the middle girl between the cashier and 1st girl) was very rude during the lunch rush today (3/16/17). I told her I wanted double meat chicken and steak. She acted like she was slow and couldnt understand that I wanted a full scoop of each meat. She asked me "so you want half and half?" I said "no double meat chicken and steak." She said "so you want 3 portions?" Then, she had the nerve to get a little attitude because she couldnt comprehend English. Open your ears sweetheart and listen! Its not that complicated! She needs to work in the back because she lacks common sense and customer service. She must be new because I come here all the time and Ive never seen her.

Prices are ridiculously expensive, the chips taste better than the guacamole which literally has no flavor, both the chicken and the steak are tough and flavorless. The "mild" salsa is far from mild, the staff dont know how to fold burritos so the burritos are always falling apart once you take them out of the aluminum foil. No meal options so if you want a drink or other side to go with your food you have to pay for it separately. Save your time and money and eat someplace else. The only good thing about this place is that the staff are friendly and work fast.

My friend and I got a burrito from both Qdoba and Chipotle. We made both burritos exactly alike: 1. Chicken 2. Black Beans 3. Spicy Salsa 4. Brown Rice 5. Cheese We cut them both in half and divided them so that both of us had one half from Qdoba and one half from Chipotle. After tasting both burritos we without question decided Chipotle is simply far more flavorful, and before hand I was already prejudiced that Qdoba was better.

We usually order chipotle from 14 and john r but we decided to try the one on mound. Not only their quantity they gave in the bowl was a joke but they forgot so many things. We order tortilla per bowl along side with the bowl and the person who was working there gave us one tortilla which we had to ask for and took off without properly asking if we needed anymore.

I went there today and the Manager was extremely rude and the Steak was cooked med rare and I asked them to cook it a Lill more and they said no thats the way its served! Ive been eating at Chipotle sense it opened and have never seen it rare or them not cook it extra for me! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE LOCATION DONT EAT THERE!!!!!!!!

My husband and I have always gotten great burritos and bowls from this location, but two nights ago our steak was loaded with fat. So what, it happens,but what doesnt always happen is the manager offering to replace your meals two days after the fact. Thanks Roberto! Really appreciate this locations integrity

As with my other Chipotle review, all Chipotle are the same. This one is clean and efficient and convenient for takeout. I fact I like to get a burrito there and eat at at Kuhnhenn Brewery up the road with a nice DRIPA or Fluffer beer. Its a pretty new location too.

The food is good and the employees are very nice and helpful. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I found a piece of hair in my food I just need the place to be more careful when making food it was very disgusting I had to dump the whole thing out .

Not sure if it was the current staff or because it was the day before the holiday but the black beans were kinda dry in the bin the portions could be a bit better. But they did not have that good salad dressing

Just had my worst experience ever. Came on my lunch hour the service was slow, they ran out of steak and chicken had to wait almost 30 minutes and was late getting back to work. Not a good way to begin the week.

This is a rating for this chipotle specifically. Very quick service here and the staff gave generous portions on my burrito bowl. This of course can vary by staff, but my experience here was good.
