I asked for a drink but didnt get one, instead of getting frustrated or claiming I never asked for one, the staff gave me one on the house. The man leaving (one of the workers/ seemed like a manager) was very nice, and the women working there were just as nice : )

Biggbys has the BEST coffee in Michigan! They always have a friendly and energetic staff, and try to make the clients smile during their visit. Sign up for their rewards cards -- every 13th drink is free! I enjoy the Frozen Mint Mocha the best!
