I have tried them a couple of times now and have been disappointed each time. I really wanted to like them as they are a Michigan company. First time, the saran wrapped muffin was stale. Second time, I just ordered coffee (black), when I pulled up and the woman ignored me for about 10 minutes, finally took the money and poured me a cup from the full pot that been sitting there the whole time. This last time was the end of my attempts. Twenty eight minutes be behind a whopping three cars. She tosses.my card back and it falls on the ground. Finally shoves me a cold sandwich and coffee. I would suggest new employees in Allen Park. If they are the franchise owners, take it away. They are making all Biggbys look bad.

I love going to this place for coffee and a muffin; they have a wide variety of beverages to choose from, and have reduced calorie options for many of their drinks. The food they offer are bagels, cookies, muffins, and scones primarily. They also have free Wifi, and have some very comfortable chairs to sit in next to their fireplace; its perfect for the winter! The staffs always very amiable and helpful if youre not sure what kind of drink to choose as well. Overall, I highly recommend this place to any coffee enthusiast!

Love this location, especially the drive thru. They have never made my order wrong and are always polite. Hot drinks are served at drinking temperature so if Im on my way to work I order it extra hot and it is perfect by the time I get there. This is the only location I will order raspberry iced tea at because when I have ordered it at other locations it hasnt tasted good. If your order is taking a little longer they will strike up a conversation too which you dont get at most places. Very friendly.

This is a great biggby with ample room and space to work..location is great... but the only thing is i wished they turned down their air. It is freezing in there a lot.. and I sometimes will drive the extra 2 miles to the Dearborn location because the temperature is better and i dont have a sweater.

Lately the line at the drive thru has been insane. Im not sure if they are understaffed but I shouldnt be in line for 10+ mins with only 3 cars ahead of me.

DRIVE THRU SUCKS! Your coffee will not be correct unless you make it yourself. The coffee is amazing but service sucks.
