Walked in and was not acknowledged by the young lady at the hostess stand. She stood with her head down reading something. After a minute I said I would just sit at the bar...she grunted. I sat at the bar and there was no one to be seen. 15 minutes later a manager came over and took my drink order. When the bar tender finally "got her butt out there" (a quote from the manager to another sever) she ignored me. When I finally flagged her down, I had been there a half hour and still not ordered my lunch. She got my second drink, but disappeared again. At 45 minutes I managed to find her again and ordered lunch. It was dropped in front of me without silverware or condiments. Another 5 minutes to find her and I got silverware. I explained all this to the manager, who was very nice and insisted I not pay my bill. But I will still never go back. The place is staffed with stuck-up girls who are more worried about their nails than waiting on customers.

As my buddy just said, "where do I start?" Service has gone down hill for a few months now. Watching the world series at the bar, you had the feeling they wanted the guest to leave. The waitress serving us, just left... didnt say she was leaving or that we needed to go to the bar for more drinks, just left. The store isnt closing for another hour, yet all of the chairs are placed on the tables. This will be my last time attending this location! Definitely not a place to watch a game or hangout with friends mainly because of the service. Very disappointed in management, and service! I would give stars if I could. Bostons across the street is much better!

I cannot say enough about Nolan and that staff at the Tilted Kilt on Hall Rd and Hayes. Nolan and his staff went above and beyond to make a difficult night into a very nice goodbye for Paul. It was perfect and I know he was looking down with a smile. Thank you for taking such good care of our cousin Melody, Your kindness means a lot to me. If you have never eaten at the Tilted Kilt I encourage you to stop by the Sterling Heights location and check them out. Awesome food, service and genuine kind hearted staff ❤

Worst service Ive ever seen. The food is subpar and the servers look like they genuinely hate being there. Our waitress left in the middle of our service and not even tell us. So we sat there for 30 minutes not knowing if we should just leave. We asked the manager if we could get a new server and were told all the servers went home and we would have to order at the bar...

Worst resturant experience in my life last night, easily. Never in my life have I walked out of a resturant due to terrible service. 2 hours in the resturant, the food never came, and I was served 1 warm bottle of beer. I didnt go in expecting 5 star service on fight night. But I certainly hadnt counted on neglect either. This place used to be a favorite.

His girls work there butts off and are such caring people as well! Thank you for making what would have been a difficult night just an amazing night! Dealing with a drunk door man from step one. Checking a females ID and giving it back to a male telling him hes "all set to go". Way to do your job! Then proceeded to hit on girls at our table the entire time smelling of alcohol. Manage your staff or hire someone capable of doing so.

Came here on a Wednesday night. By far the worst service Ive ever had. Took 20 minutes to even order a drink. Had to get another waitress to send ours over after 45 minutes and hadnt been able to order. First trip was good. This trip was worst service experience ever!!!

I had a coupon for buyou one get one free coupon for boneless wing and the server told me I couldnt use during happy hour so we didnt eat but on our way out we read the special board that said half off wings on Thursday. Really !!!

Based on some of the prior reviews, I really think the service depends on the timing. The few times I went in, I quickly found a spot and was served very quickly and overall Im pretty content with the service and food quality.

They said they couldnt change the channel to a USA World Cup Qualifier at 9% iPod battery level and remotes wont work??? 20 minutes prior to game! So they will not be getting anymore business from my group

Be careful if you pay with a credit card. The billed me for my drinks and a friends that paid cash Took a month to get money back and I had to go in and make a small scene Havent been back since

Only giving it a one star cause dont have the option of NO STARS. Had to sit myself and hunt down waiter for a menu. Waiting another 15 min for nothing (crickets cheerping) then left to chilis.

Atmosphere is good. The food is better than average, we typically go on Thursdays for boneless wings day. They typically seem to be out of the beer I want... The service is not that great.

Managment on shift afyer 8pm was rude and poor. Bring your own chalk cuz managment says they arnt responsible cuz they rent the beat up tables. Bummer

Cute girls, good beer, and the chips & salsa is great. Service was quick, had no issues. Flew in from out of town would come back again just for this.
