VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! This could have been a great experience had they not been so stingy. We got there and waited about 45 minutes to race. Once we started, I got half way through the warm up lap when someone bumped me and my helmet flew off. The staff told me that meant I was done for good. After arguing with them for awhile they finally let me put my helmet back on and continue. Again halfway through the lap, a staff member stopped our entire group and said we were bumping into each other too much and could not finish the race. No warning or anything. So basically I spent over $20 to do a lap, and everyone else in my group only got about 5 in. When we tried to reason with them or get some sort of refund they didnt want to hear it or try to work anything out. I am very disappointed and would not go again or recommend anyone else waist their time.

The staff rocks, good group of hard working individuals! I hope they pay them well, they deserve it. Was there a few weeks ago and showing a co-worker this place on the internet and noticed all the reviews. I gave it 5 stars because the staff deserved the rating, but I would have given it 2 stars because I think its ironic that they serve alcohol and let the morons drive! Let people enjoy themselves AFTER they drive, not BEFORE. It wrecks it for the rest of the racers who want to have a good, clean laugh! I am considering bringing our work crew to K2K for some stress-relief and laughter (but only if we can keep the drunks off the track). Does K2K have a policy for "drunk drivers"? They should. Kudos for a fun place to race!

Place is ok. Just dont go on the weekends otherwise your waiting a while. They have alcohol which is pretty cool but nothing much to snack on while waiting. The pros is that the race is indoors, karts go really fast, and its a legit race track. The Cons is its pretty costly for what it really is, theres not point of it being indoors because they leave the garage open, people take the race WAY to seriously, just a bunch of kids thinking they are race car drivers lol. Plus one of the rules is no bumping, so Ive been REALLY GOOD, because I like to bump. Got thrown into the wall twice and didnt even kick them out. Maybe I just went on a bad day but it seems like its just a bunch of snobby brats who go to this place.

You cant ignore the fact that this place is a lot of fun. They recently got new karts that are tricky to drive, but pays you forward for knowing what youre doing. HOWEVER, Ive been buying their race packs (15 race sessions for $150) to save money because quite frankly, their regular prices are outlandish. They had a groupon that helped customers save money but was removed. And just recently they removed the race packs and INCREASED the prices. I dont know what kind of financial position its owner is in and its none of my business, but by increasing the prices of each session only deter customers such as myself and my groups of friends.

Called at 6:23pm to ask if there was availibity for the "arrive and drive" for my friend and I. We arrive there at 6:57pm because we drove from Dearborn, only to be turned away because of a few parties that showed up. The lack of customer service was appalling and the person at the front desk did not care to even help us. Its very clear that customer service there is not their number 1 priority and I will never go back. I will make sure to turn away business from them and send people elsewhere.

An absolute blast of a time. The karts are high quality and pretty darn quick. I had a Christmas party with a bunch of friends from work and it is definitely true when the phrase "the more the merrier" is said. You definitely get what you pay for, and thats not really a good thing considering you can burn through your wallet faster much much faster than comfortable in my opinion. Overall, this place is a great way to have some fun maybe once a year or so

Great prices, very friendly staff, go carts are fast and track is big, great amount of time to drive for the price, my only complaint is that its hard to drive the go carts at full speed because of the numerous turns, you cant go around the turns driving fast without losing control of the go cart and crashing into a wall. Other than that this place is awesome and I will definitely be coming back.

I make a point of going to the local karting track anytime I am on travel for business. Ive probably raced at 10 or so indoor tracks around the country and this is the best Ive found thus far. Quick and equally matched karts. Excellent course layout with different turn shapes and complexes, and good passing opportunities if you think ahead. Lots of fun.

Did not get to ride anything. We called ahead and was told they had plenty of room, we drove 45 min and when we got there were told that we had a wait of 40min. The counter person was very friendly and helpful. Will try again another day when we have more time. Hopefully this will get all employees on same page as what to tell customers. We will be back

Great place to race indoors and be competitive for all ages the kid karts are fun for my child and adult karts are great for family and friends. Great place for team building or company parties, birthday parties, bachelor parties, and I even had my coed baby shower here it was a blast the more friends the more fun it is.

We had our last company party at Kart 2 Kart and it blew the other ones away. We got to do three big races, get really neat print outs of our lap times and have a some pizza and beverages. It beat the heck out of anything else weve done as a company. Would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called for an arrive and drive with my friend, whoever answered the phone told me it was available then when I got there we couldnt ride. Glad I didnt waste my money there anyway. So appalled by the price and customer service I will never go there again.

They always have good group deals for go karting. Staff is very much coordinated during the races. They pullover or warn the people who donot follow the rules. Its good for their safety and the safety of others in the race. Place is usually busy during the weekends.

Great place, great staff and okay prices. Would recommend this place. The only downfall is that they sell alcohol and you get drunk people on the track (just happened) and they dont care about the rules. But if you can avoid those. Its a great place to go.

Friggin sweet. Took my brother and his friends here for one of the stops on his bachelor party. Everyone loved it. Sure, its not cheap, but it is a lot more memorable and fun than blowing 50 bucks at a bar or club. I look forward to going back some time.
