My father has been in this location multiple times over the past few months. In that time, the employees never smile or are pleasant and hes been missing food. Most recently this last trip (on a Friday no less) they forgot to give him the chips for my nachos and were out of queso and wouldnt have more for 30 minutes. Why wasnt more made beforehand?! At around five pm on a Friday night no less. Queso is one of the top ingredients at Qdoba and is essential to much of the food. How on earth do you not make more queso sooner? Any person who has ever worked in a restaurant or owned a restaurant (whether sit down or fast food) knows that you ALWAYS make extra on Friday and Saturday so you dont run out. It is a cardinal rule and youve only resulted in making yourselves look bad. There is literally no excuse for this nonsense. My father and I both expected better service from Qdoba than this atrocity. I pray your employees attitude improves and your service gets better.

do you like chipotle? yeah, id stick with chipotle. my family was all ordering in line, the guy taking our order got really rude because my mom couldnt understand his mumbling. the same guy was super rude to a new guy training, making the food. they charged me twice for tacos. they fixed it, and the manager was nice to me. everyone else was either rude, working really hard on training, or looked dead inside. but that was probably situational, i cant blame them too hard. their food was okay at best. maybe i got a bad batch of tacos. their queso was good and spicy, but their salsa was not my cup of tea. it was pretty nasty. and okay, their unsweetened tea tasted JUST LIKE BOILED EGGS. it was super funny to me and my girlfriend, but very gross otherwise.

The guy could be having a bad day, and I wouldnt be too happy either working at a fast food restaurant but the guy who made my food seemed super unhappy to be there and didnt speak a word to me through the whole ordering process. He wasnt busy when i walked in and there was no line yet he stood by the cash register doing nothing for a minute before approaching me. He didnt ask what I wanted just waited for me to speak. The customers after me experienced the same bad service.

I absolutely love their food, the guacamole is one of my absolute favorite, the only thing I dont particularly care for is all the metal used in decoration, it looks really cool and all, but makes for a lot of echo and increases background noise and being that I have sensitive ears it causes strain trying to listen to my company across from me, yet I can somehow hear the family on the other end of the restaurant lol but the quality of the food makes it well worth it!

We submitted our orders online one of my coworkers went to go pick it up the manager and one of the employees was arguing about the online orders they put the wrong take it on the wrong food it was all mixed up. So I called and talk to the manager she said she was going to refund my money but she steals she was mean she hung up on me and she didnt say bye I wont eat there again.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant. I bring as many people here as I possibly can get to come with me. I love the food. And its allergy friendly, theyll let you choose exactly what you want and they dont charge extra for guacamole! ...lots of nice guys working here.

The staff is friendly and quick to deliver food. There isnt much room for seating, but that doesnt appear to be a problem given the number of customers there when we arrived. Limited seating is also available outside.

Tried the new Verde Queso on the buy one get one offer. Food is the same, but when they went to "one price for anything" and all it did was increase the cost of a meal Ive stopped going almost entirely.
