DINE-IN DELIVERY AND GRAPE RD. HACIENDA COMPLIMENTS OF DINE-INS MGR. AMY & HACIENDAS MGR. BILL. ***DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU PAY WITH A "CASH BACK GUARANTEE" CREDIT CARD, BETTER TO NOT USE EITHER AT ALL.*** If the restaurant makes a mistake, ruins your dinner and your evening you will get your $$$ back for the single item or a replacement, but is a mistake is made with the replacement, they say "too bad, you dont get your money back because it is the restaurants fault." The restaurant...tonight it was the HACIENDA on GRAPE RD. and MANAGER BILL...the 1st time I called about the mistake he was rude, argumentative but remade the sandwich (-overcooked AGAIN the 2nd time) and I asked for his name and to leave a message for the store manager about his conduct he said "no you call her" / when I insisted he said "Have a good night, thank you for calling, goodbye" in SPEED TALKING AND HUNG UP ON ME WITHOUT TAKING MY NAME OF TELEPHONE NUMBER. Both are tactics to make it difficult to contact his boss and cover his rear-end. THE 2ND TIME THE ORDER WAS WRONG...Dine In Delivery said they dont give refunds contact the restaurant, and Hacienda responded to this information with "you have to talk to Dine In Delivery" - so I spent MONEY ON INEDIBLE FOOD AND NEITHER DINE-IN DELIVERY OR HACIENDA WOULD DO ANYTHING. In effect I had had my $$$ stolen by both places, because I never got what I paid for nor anything about my night being ruined. (although I DID PUSH AND PUSH & received a free delivery credit...that should have been standard, just like refunding my money for overcooked food I cannot eat). I WAS RIPPED OFF BY BOTH HACIENDA AND DINE-IN DELIVERY. Thank you Bill - the manager of Hacienda and Amy - the manager of Dine-In Delivery, for screwing me over!

The "FREE CHIPS & SALSA" was a joke. The salsa..... Not sure how they call it that. It tastes like tomato paste. Read more.....Id rather spend the money for real salsa. The frozen Margarita was good. The burrito was not so good. No flavor what so ever. It had shredded chicken for an up charge. Thats about all you tasted in it. My wife had the steak fajitas, I have to say the steak was great. But of all the sides available with fajitas, the steak was the only eatable portion. The service was exceptional. However I go to eat and the good service was not enough to fit me up. I will not return to any of these locations again. Consider it a donation. Word of advise, to go a real Mexican restaurant. It will be cheaper and better tasting.

I am giving this place star because I cannot give a zero..I dont know where to begin. Maybe I should start with the salsa or should I say glorified ketchup with salty chips. After trying the salsa I decided not to take any risks so I ordered the fajitas who can mess up fajitas?! They can! The corn tortillas came out cold and broken, and best part yet I wasnt given a plate, I ate on top of aluminum foil like a dog. There was two pieces of steak smaller than my index finger and a group of ten shrimps shrunk down to their smallest size. I paid 17 dollars to walk out hungry an disappointed. Dont worry tho there is hope, stop reading this an go to la esperanza its way better and cheaper! Never again will I ever go to this place.

On multiple occasions Ive been to this location with a large group, and they could not keep up. Tonight one girl in my party had to ask for water 4 times before she ended up getting it. 2 of us didnt receive our food with the group and had to ask for it to be brought out. Multiple people in our party didnt receive the sauce or condiments that they asked for right away and when they finally did their food was cold. Overall it was a pretty bad experience. We had called ahead to tell them that we had a large group and so it is really disappointing that they were unprepared and unable to properly help us. Its been our go to restaurant for gatherings for a few years but frankly Im not willing to give them any more chances.

Worst Tex-Mex food I ever had! The menu is limited, plus no flavor what so ever, and dont even get me started with the service. My husband and I always leave really good tips (we both worked as servers at one point, we know!) but I guess since we looked hispanic, we didnt get the treatment others were getting. Once we arrived, we were seated and then nothing happened, yet other well dressed (white) people that walked in after us, got their food and drinks way faster! This happened more than once, and to get refills we had to wait like 15 minutes, till we decided to just close the tab. Worse food and worst experience ever, will not be returning, and will definitely not recommend.

Portions are so tiny, they get their meat from gordon food service, which is okay for something low class, but 13 a plate, um no. Found a bone in my food, manager was nice but the waiters were horrible. Took us 25 minutes to get chunky salsa, and the only good thing about this place is the chips and ranch, which I can probably just buy to avoid having to ever eat at this crap place again. If you want good food, dont go here. The bathrooms nasty, the chairs and atomosphere is shabby, and the food is mediocre. I also got sick after eating my chimichanga, and had diahhrea. So yeah.

Just ate there and possibly had the worst service ever at a Hacienda. Waited awhile to be greeted by waitress. Gave her our drinks and order at the same time. I asked for lemons with my water which she didnt bring, but someone else did when our order was brought by someone else. Asked for ranch with my chips and didnt get til my food came. Never asked if we wanted more chips. Usually we can sit and eat chips while waiting. My husband and I shared one basket. My husbands drink was filled by someone else. Was not asked if we wanted dessert.

The burritos are AMAZING!! highly recommend this place. Also the Salsa is the bomb Overall great environment the floors and booths are very clean. Like I said the burritos are great they are Hot and ready. The wait for food is a little long but that is understandable because the food is great! no matter what you get you most likely will in joy I highly recommend coming hear! :)

Love the chips with Ranch dressing and the "Taste of Hacienda," but on multiple occasions Ive visited this location and the entire experience was ruined by barely-warm food and rude, deplorable service. I find myself going out of my way to instead visit the South Bend location to eat Hacienda ... its well worth saving the annoyance and frustration of this location.

I love the restaurant, and the experience overall. The food arrived quick, and the waitress was very kind. The manager seemed nice as well. The food was nice, and the rate at which the chips were replaced was outstanding. I was very pleased with my experiences with the services that were provided.

I will never understand why people like this place. The only redeeming quality are the chips. Today, I had a chicken wet burrito and the chicken, while admittedly juicy, had zero flavor. Im convinced that everything comes from a can, much like Alpo. Avoid this place like the plague.
