I went in today about 10 minutes ago 07/10/17 and ordered a doughnut. The doughnut was hard as a rock. I noticed when I got to my car so I brought it back. The guy on duty was incredibly rude about taking it back and gave me a lot of attitude because I wanted another doughnut. He didnt even wanna give me a bag for the doughnut. I work close by and go in regularly the service is rarely decent but they are not usually rude. I will not be returning.

I was charged incorrectly, when reported. The manger was awesome in trying to give me a great and friendly experience at tgis location. He went above and beyond of what I would have expected. Thanks and I definitely will return to this location again.
