Awful, racist employee. On a Tuesday night, I tried to enter the store and one of the workers instructed me to use the drive through in a rude tone. Less than a minute later, he unlocked the door for a group of white women. I assumed it was a misunderstanding and went to the drive through as instructed. He yelled "wait!" and didnt return for 10 minutes. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable so I left the drive through. On the way out, I noticed that I was the only car in line and the only customer besides the women inside. This man was clearly racist against African Americans and he gives Baskins Robins a bad name. I will never visit this location again.

The Indian gentleman working August 3 at 10 PM was horrible. Asked for cookies and cream got salted caramel instead also asked for it to be on a cone but he gave it to me in a cup, refuse to put it on a cone because he said "you are driving so think best". Then gives me a cone in the bag, but I asked for it on the cone. Huge pieces of ice in my ice cream to almost died.

This Dunkins location use to have the best hot choclate ever!! Really thick, creamy and so chocolately! I would drive from Northville to get it, but it seems they have changed their mixture or watered it down because it is terrible now. Very disappointed :-(

Extremely stingy on hot fudge. The first time I thought it was an oversite by the server. Same thing happened on my second visit...it was definitely intentional. Way to go 25170 Greenfield! You just cost saved your way out of a paying customer!

been a must stop for jo since Feb 2009.. my best experience for a fast food shop.. Quality, service, clean and great value.. aways have great specials and I think they have the largest dnuts of any . gotta have my Jo

This is a Kosher location but most things are the same, Ive been here many times and it is much better than it used to be. Clean, friendly and fast.. The coffee is to die for love it!!!! Keep up the good work

Waited at the order board for 6 minutes, then drove around and had to wait an additional 7 minutes plus honking the horn to be greeted. And they didnt have any soft serve.
