Everyone can mess up an order. Thats not a major deal. But the drive thru took a while in addition to messing up my order. I checked the bag but labels were misleading and chalupas were just tacos. In all honesty, the worst part was the pleading and constant begging for me to go to the website and take the survey. Once is adequate and you dont need to beg, especially not in a forceful tone that implies anger if I dont. What was that about? Lol "Please, PLEASE take the survey." Followed by hard stare. Trust me when I say you should be glad I didnt take the survey, and that decision was spurred by the hope that you were having an off day and not trying to bully.

Worst experience ever I was went there sitting in drive thru like 5 mins Waiting for my order they take someone order who doesnt have car & one manager she said one moment because whos at the window they have limo car so he cant drive in drive thru so I told her we waiting more then 5 mins taking my order & 4 cars behind me waiting they just said I am sorry & but whos working at window he is nice guy when I ask him whats going on he said manager allowed to order him

Bought a breakfast crunch wrap and a scrambler. For as simple as wrapping a scrambler or crunch wrap should be, it looked like a toddler tried wrapping them. The scrambler had one small piece of egg and too much spicy cheese. I expected better quality because we were one out of three customers there at the time. We went back and tried to get a refund but the "manager" didnt know how so she just gave us money from the register with an attitude.

The best Taco Bell around. Its slightly embarrassing that when I worked at 22/Van Dyke (over 10 years ago), I would pull up and theyd ask if I wanted the usual but I think it shows that this place is on their game. Hubby and I go through the drive thru at least once a week and they rarely disappoint. Excellent, fast service, mints and a hand wipe in your bag and the most perfect looking nachos youd expect from fast food.

I usually get off work late, and i like taco bell, but every time going to the one one 21 and van dyke theyre ALWAYS! ALWAYS! ALWAYS! under staffed, waited 50 minutes only to hear they stopped the power bowl because it was after 11 even though i had been there 20 minutes before 11 and also only to get a free regular taco?? They need to step up the management or corporate needs to do something!!

WOW WOW WOW - the female manager working today was nice at first but at the end of the conversation I felt very disrespectful on her tone to me as a customer and what she said to me. I may say some dark things in regards to her but the purpose why its rated 1 star due to the fact they rush on things; they messed on my order.

Always had good service here. Only ever had 1 inaccurate order in years. Food is always hot to warm. Drive thru will be slow during peak hours (only one window), so it may be faster to go inside during these times. Good clean dining area and restrooms.

This is the best taco bell Ive been to. Very friendly staff, orders are correct, and fast service. The manager treats his staff very well and interacts with customers. Highly reccomend their breakfast menu!

They have a problem getting your order right and they ate unsanitary dropping the container for the sauces on the floor then put it on the counter and sealed it with the packets without washing it

Most items on the menu can be "Fresco Style" no dairy with Pico de Gallo. Great plant based options at a fast food restaurant. Proportions are not consistent with other Taco Bells.
