Placed a large lunch order and asked if they could deliver. They said they would but would charge a $250 delivery fee. Were no more than 5 minutes away but thought that was ridiculous so decided to make it carry-out. Asked for food to be ready at noon, arrived a couple minutes early and had co-worker run in to get food. Food wasnt ready until 20 after. After running through boxes the girl at the counter said we were good to go. Left due to needing to be at a meeting for 12:30. They were missing 2 of our orders and half of the rest of the food was poorly put together. Seasoning was thrown all over the place and the food looked terrible when everyone opened their boxes. When calling back in and asking what happened with the orders and the food they stated, "Oh yeah, we didnt have that, youre right..." They wouldnt help out dropping the food off after messing up the order so had to pick it up again. Whatever the girls name is at the counter is extremely rude and asked what did I want. Manager Dave and GM Paul were no help either. After ordering a ton of food I would have hoped they would at least do all they could to make it right after failing the first time. This is pathetic customer service from top to bottom.

They definitely need to have a job fair. Im sure some college students with good attitudes would love to work at this location. For it to had been a Tuesday, they had families continously entering. The first thing I noticed, the pregnant young lady going table to table, seating & cleaning the tables. If you need to sit to complete your job, you dont need to work that day. Then my husbands onion rings were not cooked thoroughly. We asked a waiter "Matthew" who was not our waiter if he could get us the manager. Matthew had a nasty attitude because we were bothering him & he wasnt our waiter. The manager was understanding & helpful. He bought my husband a fresh order. Matthew then came to apologize. He stated he was aggravated, the place is busy & hes trying to remember everything he needs to be doing. Ummm, not a reason to treat the customs bad. Management need to hire people who have good attitudes & know what it means to work as a team. The food was hot & came in a timely manner.

I was placing an order online when I received an error message and was instructed to call the store. I was placed on hold several times before someone picked up. I explained the issue with the online order. I specifically said it was "big" order before I started. So I get half way through my order before he says, " We dont take large orders over the phone, and that your required to come in and order, pay and wait. If i wanted to come down there and order I wouldnt have called. He said it was that store "policy". Me personally I feel like he didnt want to take the time out to listen. But I wanted my food to be done when I got there, not have to wait. So we go down there, and are turned away at the door at 11:00pm. Why tell people to come up there if your going to turn them away. If that was the case you really could have taken my order over the phone. Never again. I will be contacting the corporate office to complain.

I went to this Buffalo Wild Wings location this past Saturday and Ive never experienced such horrible service. I was happily greeted at the door however, when sitting at the bar we couldnt even get the server to look at us like she had some sense. It took the bartender/server about 15 minutes to acknowledge us, 15 - 20 minutes to get our draft beers, 30+ minutes to receive 12 wings and never once asked how the food was or if we needed anything else. Meanwhile, she made sure to ask the guy next to us was taken care of. I overall didnt appreciate the service from her and didnt catch her name because she didnt have a name tag on and didnt introduce herself. She was short,white with curly hair dark brown hair. I hope no one has to experience horrible like this.

The Waitress was Wonderful. However the food sucks. They dont specify whether the chicken on the salads will be hot or cold even though it says GRILLED. They served a 7.99 alcoholic beverage although there was no alcohol. The excuse was the bartender forgot. DO NOT GET LEMON PEPPER WINGS!!!! They didnt have a 3rd of the beer they advertised. After asking for a manager, He pretty said that these things happen.He told us he made the wings himself so He knew how the Lemon Pepper was made. He also told us that beer was out because of Presidents day. They were too many problems for us not to have any sort of resolution. At the end the waitress resolved it with another manager. JUST GO TO FERNDALE

This specific place has changed all their order sizing (ten wings for $13? Its chicken, not saffron) , and removed Tuesday and Thursday wing nights. Due to that, I hate it, and want it to fail. To clarify: Tuesday wing night used to be a discounted wing! It was nice. Then they changed the amount a "small/medium/large" means. Small used to be 6. Its now 5. Medium used to be 12, now its 10. Then they got rid of happy hours and wing nights. This place is a dumpster fire now. Constantly empty. I have no idea what they are doing with that second floor, but it certainly isnt utilizing the outside atrium to host guests. Way to go, guys. I hope you fail and get bought by Dave and Busters.

Surprise to see such a low rating, but everyone has different experiences. I like this Buffalo Wild Wings... Primarily because my order has yet to be wrong here. I get the same thing every time I go and the staff is always super nice. It could get extremely busy sometimes and you need to keep in mind the times you go. I mainly go late on the weekday and every time Ive gone on the weekend Ive had a long wait time for my food to come out due to the party goers of the evening crowding up the place. Honestly dont know if thats what theyre doing but hey I be craving my black bean burger. The only suggestion I have is more fries lol Im not my 5 year old nephew you know.

Came in on a Sunday Katy was our waitress. Kids meals were 50% off on dine-in PERFECT told my children they would all get kids meals. Katy brought my daughter a full size drink to the table I made her aware that she had just turned 12 and would be getting a kids meal. She said "Oh ok I thought she was older." Got the bill Katy had charged us for the drink I asked her could she take it off since kids meals come with a drink. She actually tried to give me back and forth! Saying my child drank it. Well yes she did it was her drink. In the end she took it off but why should I have had to ask or bicker with her about it? I ended up not telling a manager I should have.

WORST BDUBS EVER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Food always comes out cold and they often use those huge, oversized wings that look steroid-infused. Plus, they hardly have any sauce and still come out dry, even if you order them "wet." Service is meh and the cost is much pricier than other Bdubs. They also check IDs at the door after a certain time which is annoying. Oh and get this. The last time I called to place a pick up order, the guy told me they "werent taking call ahead orders and I had to come in." This place drops the ball on all fronts. I literally live 60 seconds from this Bdubs but I will drive another 20 minutes just to go to a better location.
