The staff is waaaayyyy tooooo peppy. Rule 1. dont get high on your own supply. After ordering my coffee three very excited young women keep trying to sell me on all sorts of extra crap. A Caribou Coffee or a Starbucks in the vacant store next door would be perfect. Overall, a crappy place for coffee enthusiasts. If you drink coffee with a bunch of sweet crap in it, then this is your place. The coffee is ok, but not worth dealing with the peppy loud staff or the high price. Expensive for the quality.

Paid $4 for a ham and cheese bagel and it came with one piece of ham on half the bagel. Should have just got the stuff and made one at home. Guy acted like he was annoyed and the poor girl was swamped with making every drink. Not a very good experience at all... Only reason Ill go back is cause its rite here by my house so I guess I will try to enjoy my half ass made bagel with cheese and my one piece of ham.....

Friendly service thats prompt and personable. The Baristas are comfortable with experimentation, and the environment is clean. This would be an easy, easy five stars, if their chosen music playlist didnt blast you with jarring, cringey pop-electro songs that kill the mood entirely, right next to genuinely pleasant decent, classic chill music from decades past.

This place is like the Dairy Queen of coffee. Ive watched baristas pour terrible shots, completely fail to properly steam milk, and nobody cares because theyre just serving up 900 calorie sundaes at 180°. Theyre often shabby inside with signs of poor maintenance, stained carpets, etc.

I always have great service here! Ive only been waited on by the same person once and my experience with the entire has been friendly, energetic and personable! I would drive out of my way to go to this shop over any other beaners in the area.

Hands down one of my favorite shops to visit. The drinks are always spot on, the longest Ive ever waited was less than 5 minutes with a line close to the door, and the place has a great space layout.
