I normally go to this Bar Louie every Tuesday with my girlfriend and I usually ignore most ratings on Google but now I understand the complaints. The waitress staff is terrible and has attitude for no good reason. If you are upset with your job and your pay then get another job because nobody is twisting your arm to work for less than minimum wage (P.S. Your attitude will not help with tips). Yesterday I went to Bar Louie with my girlfriend for $1.00 burger Tuesday. When we got there it was a 15-20 minute wait time which is normal for Tuesday so that wasnt the issue. We decided to sit at the bar and when we got it took about five to ten minutes before Marcy the waitress spoke to us. She gave us water and then proceeded to take our order. After we placed the order for our burger she then asked if what we wanted to drink. My girlfriend ordered a coke and I told her that I didnt want a soft drink and that I dont drink alcohol during the work week. She told me that since I as not ordering a drink that I cant get a burger. I was instantly upset and decided to cancel my order. My girlfriend decided to order fries along with the burger and she went and put in our order. Again, because it was $1.00 burger night there was a 20-45 minute wait on your burger so that was normal. She brought out the fries first and kind of slammed the basket down with a bit of an attitude which made our experience worse. Then her burger came out with attitude as well. By this time my water was empty and I was drinking melting ice. I looked at our server and she looked at me and blatantly ignored my request for a refill. She went around to everyone else around us and took their drink order. I am furious now and ready to walk out. By this time our normal server, Skyler, came over FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BAR and asked if I wanted a refill. I said no and voiced my complaints to him. I then proceeded to order a burger with him and he placed my order with no problem. Our original server and basic b*tch number 2 saw I was ordering with Skyler and went to basically chew him out about taking our order complaining about how I needed to get a drink in order to eat. He came back and basically gave us a drink because he knew himself it was ridiculous and I gave him a personal tip in his hand. When he went to get my burger and a to-go box I saw Marci and basic b*tch number 2 talking trash about me and my girlfriend and pointing and making eye contact with me. If we go back we will ONLY order with Skyler because he was BEYOND PROFESSIONAL. Marci and that other basic b*tch should loose there jobs. Marci and basic b*tch server number 2 I hope you are reading all of this because both of you two are not that pretty to have attitudes of that nature. You have to be at least an 8 or higher to have that b*tch attitude. Hell, there are a select few 7s that can be like that and neither of you two are therefore shouldnt. Sorry that nobody is taming your strange.

I went to this location because Ive been to the one in Novi and it was awesome. This place, not so much. The waitress was either high or drunk, she brought me my drink and clearly put her finger in it multiple times. Failed to mention details on how the food was served, wings were not saucy but had more of chunky onions on them and one of us was allergic so when we asked her if we could get something else she acted as if she was the one inconvenienced. Even after she asked us to buy drinks so that she could get tickets to Cedar Point? The table also smelt like an old rag. Although the food looked great, it tastes mediocre. Cool location, cool looking pictures of food on their menus but definitely not worth taking up a whole corner of Rochester Road. If you want good drinks and bar food go to this place, if youre starving and looking for a good meal definitely go else where.

One of the worst chain restaurant experiences Ive ever had. First off, who pays $12 for a burger? I would rather go to Five Guys and get two burgers for that price that are twice as good. Second, the waitress are so scantily clad that I thought I was at Hooters for a minute, not a place to bring your children, thats for sure. Third, when I ordered my $12 burger it took 45 minutes to get to my table--there was a couple that ordered 15 minutes after me, they had more food as well, and they got their food first--and when it did finally get to my table it so overcooked that I could feel and taste the burnt patty. And finally, after I sent back my burger it took another 30 minutes before I was sick of waiting and just walked out. Oh, and they expected me to pay for the one bite out the burnt burger I had. Yeah right.

Abyssmal. After my system purged itself a day later, I decided that maybe this wasnt the ideal dining experience I had been expecting. The music flushed through me quicker than the drinks as I called out to the gods to forgive me for my want of a good time in this establishment. As an athiest, I prayed to Jesus himself to deliver me from the evils that was Bar Louies music selection. Thats how bad the music was. The atmosphere was nice but the Mormon Tabernacle Choir could have performed better music. Seriously. If the staff arent vomiting from behind closed doors to the terrible music, I expect that the staff turnover rate is higher than pie. In short change the music before all the customers bludgeon themselves and their ears start bleeding.

The meal started rough as I did not receive the correct side with my meal. I ordered tots, but received fries. As I really tried to enjoy my chicken sandwich, I simply couldnt let it go and asked for a manager. I explained my situation as I felt that no one else in the future should suffer from a burnt bun and a dried out chicken breast. The very nice, young female manager offered a new sandwich cooked to my liking. I accepted and she over-delivered. My remade sandwich was spot on to what I expected (and was used to). Hats off to her and whomever remade my sandwich. I only wish they had executed right the first time. I will return....summer is coming quickly and they have a great patio. ct

Gotta say, I love Bar Louie! This one and Auburn Hills I frequent often as I can! Yeah the menu is a bit pricey but if you know how to budget and handle the menu, you can do fine. Complaining about a $10 burger is ridiculous! You want a cheap good burger, dont go here unless its Tuesday ($1 burger night). Otherwise quit crying over the pricing! Its supposed to be an upscale offering to your regular $5 burger joints with beer taps. Always had decent service and the beer selection is good! Have only had one bad food experience @ the Auburn Hills location. Even the Novi location is good, but not as good as this one!
