Very clean and attractive place to eat. I dig the new look Big Boy is trying to make. A more modern and clean look. Ordered the Slim Jim, it tasted great but the size of the sandwich was WAY to small. They need to make their portions a little bigger. It felt like I was eating a sandwich for a 7 year old, that also goes for my onion rings, I got like 8 onion rings....For 8$, I expect a larger portion. I can go to Leos Coney Island and get a nice sized sandwich for $8 with a large side.

Ive always had good service and food here, and this morning I had an incident where my little one became very sick very quickly...the waitstaff caught on to my running her to the restroom and by the time I got back all of my food was nicely packaged up, they put fresh coffee in a to-go cup for me, and even had a folded open baggie for me for the ride home. They were very concerned and asked if there was anything else they could help me with. They received a nice tip, for sure. :)

Wanted to compliment our server Kelly Ann shes 5 stars all the way! Very friendly, attentive and made us a delicious shake! Nice to see this Big Boy now has has half price shakes after 8pm, and I believe from 3-5 pm as well. Only reason not 5 stars is all the soups werent great at salad bar. Hardly any ingredients, just frothy broth or whatever soupy mix was inside. Otherwise salad bar had some pastas and normal fixings nothing special but fresh.

Just went to this location with our 3year old granddaughter.we asked for a booster seat and it was very dirty and sticky. The divider between the booths had food all over it.it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a long time.the wood on top of the seat backs is so dirty we didnt want our granddaughter to touch anything. The food was good but the filth around us made us wonder what the kitchen looks like.wont be going back anytime soon.

The food is good and the establishment is clean, but getting a good waiter or waitress is a 50/50 shot. There are a few of the friendliest waitresses Ive ever encountered working at this location, but along with that comes some of the rudest and most unfriendly waitresses as well. Definitly try out this location, but be fully prepared for possibly having the rudest most unattentive server youll ever have the displeasure of meeting.

Inside is nice, but carryout is absolutely the worst. Ive never experienced anyone as careless as Big Boys carryout workers. Ive been the this location multiple times and theres something wrong with what they packed and gave to me every time. My family and I have been very kind, and understanding of them (as I was previously a waiter), but this is unacceptable. If you order make sure you double check your bag.

Ill tell you, that this is by far the best big boy I have ever eaten at. Its rated one of the top in the country, so the owner says. It is always packed in there, especially on Sundays for the buffet. I would much prefer this one over the Rochester Rd./M-59 big boy, there is absolutely no comparison when it comes to quality and atmosphere.

I was very pleased at how clean and spacious this location was. Food portion size in comparison to the price is below average. This is why Big Boy is losing business. They charge too much for a portion thats too small. You can go anywhere else and get the same service, pay a slightly lower price, and get way more food.

Whats to say? Its a Big Boy which means it has good food, a great selection, reasonable prices, and a friendly atmosphere. This location has friendly, good service, and the restaurant and restrooms are clean. Cant ask for much more than that. Big Boy is consistently a good choice to eat. Dont pass this one by.

Food was fine, but service lacking. Dishes were left on our table after we finished eating. Waitress could have removed our dishes so we could enjoyed relaxing and finishing our drinks. Also a big no no is you dont pour hot coffee over a child.

I watched the waitress use her bare hands to make my milkshake including the toppings. I did not see her wash her hands, she only used a "sanitizer" washcloth to wipe debris... Then she used that same cloth to wipe down the counter and my glass.

A Big Boy Sandwich so yummy! who does not like this burger-it is great! Try their tartar sauce best in the world I do not know why! Tarter with some ketchup and fries--pure heaven here! forgetaboutit! :)

Terrible. I found a used rubber in the salad bar. I almost puked. When I talked to the manager about it. She told me to "just pick around it." Never going here again.
