I came here at 545....about dinner time. The young man that helped me at the beginning of the bar was very short and had a bad attitude. Which was sad because he seemed to be the only one there that knew what they were doing. Not only was his attitude bad but he skipped over the lady part of my order and started to help another guest. I had to make eye contact with him to let him know I wasnt done with my order. He gave me the very last of everything that I ordered and literally scrapped the containers to make my bowl. The only small thing he did was charge me for chicken since they ran out of the meat I really wanted. The other team members seemed to be very lethargic and uncaring as well. Usually I have good experiences with Chipotles no matter where I am.........get it together guys!

Thrilled to see another Chipotle pop up close to my home town. The staff Ive encountered during the last couple visits has been friendly, and the portions seem quite fair. My first bowl at this location had steak that was a bit rubbery, but on the next visit, all was fine. Im sure Ill be returning on the weekends.

I dont know what to call what happened this evening. I went to Chipotle to get dinner for me and my family. There were 2 people working. The people working might have been preparing an online order or something. I stood there, no one even acknowledged my existence. So after 10 minutes I left. I am not going back.

I typically never give any chain restaurant a 5-star rating unless the service is beyond my preconceived expectations. The Chipotle is clean the staff is friendly and the food is what you would expect nothing out of the ordinary but by no means disappointing.

First time trying this location. The chips were stale, they were stingy with the rice and chicken, plus the chicken was burnt. :( I wont go back to this location. I had to at least give one star just so it would let me post this.

Its way better than the one on Orchard Lake Road in West Bloomfield and the one down the road in Rochester just wish they would fill the bowls up a little bit more but they at least are consistent unlike the other ones

Like any average Chipotle location can have long lines, especially during lunch time. But the service is quick, overall clean (including the restroom) and has outdoor table, which is a plus during summertime.

The custmor service was great, when the soda machine was out of coke they not only refilled the dispenser but they gave us a buy one get one free card and free guac. Every kind as well.
